Ordered 6 dozen donuts to be ready at 8:00am. Went to pick them up and was informed by an extremely rude woman that the donuts weren’t ready and that I should “always have to allow them an extra 30 minutes.” No apology, nor was this communicated when I placed and paid for the order. Why in the world would I, as a customer, expect to have the order I placed for a certain time be ready on time?!! The audacity of that expectation, am I right?! 🙄 Don’t waste your time or money supporting this Daylight location - head straight for Donut Star and don’t give it a second thought.

I get here pretty early in the morning, so I’m glad that 1. They are open. And 2. Their doughnuts are fresh and delicious. I think daylight doughnuts are some of the best doughnuts for being a chain, yes there are better doughnuts but those are usually family run bakeries. Because we don’t have a family run bakery near by this is my go to place.
I personally love their coconut and their chocolate chocolate doughnuts.

Hot and fresh donuts! Josh was super customer service friendly. Five stars.
We really enjoyed their fresh black raspberry and pumpkin spice donuts

We used to love this place, but the quality of donut's changed. The donuts are not fried to a crispy brown; they are raw and light colored. The selection of variety is also lacking. The old fashioned donut doesn’t look like the rugged fried one with dark crispy edges. Also, only plain was an option. They offered to dip one, but it was too gooey. Unfortunately, we won’t be back for a while.
Very nice staff. A for customer service. Cake donuts were tiny and fairly dry, yeast donuts were huge and heavy, but under-proofed and unpleasantly dense. At almost $19 a dozen, I wasn’t impressed. Quite honestly, $6/ dozen Walmart donuts are way better. Did I come on a bad day?
Awesome doughnuts but a bit pricey…

this sounds to me like a private (family) owned business. From my own experience and from reading the reviews.. Iooks like I had similar experiences: here we go,
1) they love to start the day early and go home early to enjoy life.
(nothing wrong with that everyone has dreams) lol
2) I get annoyed every time they ask "would that be a dozen or
or two dozen?" No I only need one or two for my self. I can understand the
tacktics of sell as mush so we can go home early.
3) my last purchase, they did not change out the old frying oil, so my box of dozen donuts tasted like old grease!!!!.
Honestly guys for the price, I was impressed with my neighborhood Harmons

They were closed Friday due to not being able to work overtime. A man needs his donuts. I'm on overtime.
Nice crispy fresh

Really good donut! A little bit pricey, but worth it!
All their donuts are yum yum but you must try the incredible apple fritter. You better bring a friend to share because it is huge! The selection is great (unless you dilly dally and go to late in the day…but that’s on you for being a sleepy head….cuz the early bird gets the worm). The staff is friendly, have great suggestions, and are engaging.
These donuts are so delicious and there is so many choices. The employees are always friendly. Hope this place stays in this location forever!
Super fast and friendly!
