I had a really disappointing experience at Del Taco recently. When I approached the counter to place my order, the cashier was incredibly rude. He seemed annoyed when I asked for help with the menu and didn’t want to take the time to explain anything. To make matters worse, my order came out completely wrong. It was frustrating to deal with such poor customer service, especially when I just wanted to enjoy a meal. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Slowest fast food service I have ever experienced.. 5 hours to get my order from initial order. Was it the Uber eats driver? I don’t think so.. major flaws in the system. I will dispute my order and never come back.

I’ve been going to this location for almost 12+ years now and the service with the night crew is just awful now. On four separate occasions now I have waited 20+ minutes for one burrito, for take out. The workers claim to have called it but I wait at the counter every time. The food is then sitting next to the assembly line. The workers at this location are disrespectful and have AirPods in, very unprofessional and rude.
