I went last week and they where out of caramel and i wanted caramel pumpkin brûlée went to different store just for them to be out of pumpkin. A week later I go back to the same store for them to be out of pumpkin i just want a caramel pumpkin brûlée if it’s out of season you guys need to say that at the end of the day i still get no caramel pumpkin. I’m just gonna start going to a different coffee shop and stop going to Dutch bros your letting me down

I’m very unhappy with my experience here! My drinks were made wrong, there was Carmel all over the outside of my cup, and it was ridiculously expensive. I ordered two drinks that were supposed to be 5.95 yet somehow my total was 16.50!

Didn't have what I wanted, was then stuck in a 20 minute line with no way of exiting. No one came around to re-take my order, so I sat at the window. They then made my drink wrong. Eventually got a new one, and it was gross. Lousy lousy lousy

i love dutch bros. and i know what they stand for! i love that they stand for valuing humans over numbers, taking care of the customer first and for most. i love going through the lines in orem or heber bc the employees always make me feels so loved. but this experience was not that and made me feel so sad. i wasn’t acknowledged by the barista for a while and when i was it wasn’t very warmly. she seemed irritated with us and turned her back to as soon as the payment went through! i want this shop to be one i love going too but it was sad to go today :/

We gave them a try looking for a choice local drink/coffee stop and they have quickly became our go to. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, the staff are friendly, polite, and hard working. Many times I have gone through and they are standing out in the hot sun or snowy cold while still keeping a wonderful demeanour.
Their prices are significantly lower than every other specialty coffee place I've been to, the first time we ordered and they told us the prices we were shocked. Their base drinks are unique and inventive and their sizes are generous. I will continue to come back even if they were to raise prices for whatever reason. They more than deserve it.
