We went on our way to a birthday party. The birthday girl wanted Dutch Bros, so we made a stop. Glad we did, because we placed the order, the employee asked if we were doing anything fun that night. We announced the birthday party, and boom, no charge for the birthday drink, they even put it in a birthday cup. That was unexpected, but very much appreciated.

I went last week and they where out of caramel and i wanted caramel pumpkin brûlée went to different store just for them to be out of pumpkin. A week later I go back to the same store for them to be out of pumpkin i just want a caramel pumpkin brûlée if it’s out of season you guys need to say that at the end of the day i still get no caramel pumpkin. I’m just gonna start going to a different coffee shop and stop going to Dutch bros your letting me down
I’m very unhappy with my experience here! My drinks were made wrong, there was Carmel all over the outside of my cup, and it was ridiculously expensive. I ordered two drinks that were supposed to be 5.95 yet somehow my total was 16.50!
