I wanted to like this place but the girl taking the order over the speaker acted really weird. None of the items are fresh. Very confusing. The girl who gave the order thru the window was pleasant at least.

It took them 25 minutes until one of the employees said sir have you ordered? I ordered 25 minutes ago three drinks! They had no idea What I have ordered or what they did with the tags for my order I asked for a refund and the employee proceeds to open the cash register and pull out $10 and tell me “is $10 enough” When my order was $15 if I haven’t said anything, she would’ve kept pulling out five I showed her my credit card statement and it took her another 10 minutes for her to find it and refund me. What a joke I do not recommend this place super slow and STUPID employees!!

Came to this location for the first time yesterday. The lady in the drive-thru sounded asleep while trying to take our order. They do not offer Sugar Free Rockstar like all other Fiiz locations do. The service, & building lacks.

Can’t go wrong with a soda shop. Lively staff and always great customer service.
Used to be a 5 star but realized how long it takes the team to get through orders. Every time, it’s a long wait. The last time I went to Fiiz, the line didn’t move at all for fifteen minutes and then I left. So be prepared to wait, especially if there’s already a line. On the plus side, there are a lot of drink options and the staff is very friendly and helpful once you talk to them.

I had a refillable tumbler for my order. Instead of doing normal ice, they filled it all the way up with ice. All. The. Way. That has never happened to me before. It was so rude! Of course, I was way down the road when I found out.
