They overcharged me. The pricing board does not match what they actually charge. When I asked about it they just said yeah the sign never gets updated

I came recently to grab a drink with a diet soda and sugar free syrups. Only to get a drink that was definitely not 44 oz and I was given regular soda and syrups. I am a diabetic, and I’m deeply disappointed in the service I was given as my blood sugar could’ve spiked severely. Before I could reassure my drink size was correct and if the drink was sugar free, the employee closed the drive thru window.

I really really love the coffee menu here and was disappointed to learn it was taken off the menu! I was told different things by different (or maybe the same) workers that the coffee machine was broken, that they were discontinuing their coffee items, that corporate said not to offer it anymore. This was hands down the best coffee I could find anywhere, I came here all the time and told everyone about it. I stopped coming, then I popped by a different location to find they not only offered my favorite coffee drink still, they had a GIANT advertisement of it that looked semi permanent. I ordered it and it was delicious. Please bring back my coffee and I’ll return. I don’t want to go all the way to West Jordan or a different coffee shop ☹️

This fiiz has the nicest employees. I just had to leave a review for Hallie. She was so sweet and kind. She just made my entire day better. I highly recommend this fiiz just because of her! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Workers don’t know how to give refunds here? Sounds like a cop out move to keep the money. Needs to be fixed. Also, u have cookies on your online app platform yet I was told u haven’t had them for a year or more? This also needs to be fixed. Do better. Swig for the win, hands down.

I wanted to like this place but the girl taking the order over the speaker acted really weird. None of the items are fresh. Very confusing. The girl who gave the order thru the window was pleasant at least.

Kids want to screw around instead of work. Management needs to take a look at this place. I won't be back at this location. Straight up worst service I've ever had anywhere.
It took them 25 minutes until one of the employees said sir have you ordered? I ordered 25 minutes ago three drinks! They had no idea What I have ordered or what they did with the tags for my order I asked for a refund and the employee proceeds to open the cash register and pull out $10 and tell me “is $10 enough” When my order was $15 if I haven’t said anything, she would’ve kept pulling out five I showed her my credit card statement and it took her another 10 minutes for her to find it and refund me. What a joke I do not recommend this place super slow and STUPID employees!!

Came to this location for the first time yesterday. The lady in the drive-thru sounded asleep while trying to take our order. They do not offer Sugar Free Rockstar like all other Fiiz locations do. The service, & building lacks.
