Went in to eat as a family since I just got out of the hospital and we were trying to eat dinner as a family and was told that the inside closed earlier than the restaurant closed so we couldn’t eat there and than also I am in a wheelchair and when I was trying to order the lady totally ignored me and was very rude to me. Last time going there! She was really rude to myself and my family. Then when we left there was more people that ordered and stayed inside to eat. 100% discrimination
Wheelchair accessibility: They totally discriminated against me I have no idea why. It was totally uncalled for especially when they let other people stay to eat after we went to the car. Also the tables are not far enough apart for a wheelchair user to get around inside. Won’t be going back.

Went to the location in Sandy. This place was bomb! place was clean, and I liked their soda options. Love their pickles and prompt service. Bathroom was spotless.

Terrible Customer Service. So Slow. Additionally, their website has terrible functionality. The whole experience as a customer is terrible. If I was the owner or an executive I would take a long look in the mirror and reflect on what a terrible experience i put my customers through.
Been a regular here for quite a while now and within the last 1-2 years noticed a real drop off from what I would get.
I have standing order that I always order and I always double the meat. For whatever reason this location repeatedly just ignores that and gives me the standard faire amount for my sandwich but going to Fort union location I can tell when I order and get double meat because I can feel the heft in the sandwich.
this one I was like Okay ill give them a chance to see if they do it again and just got only the meat and cheese. Still the same thing.
I rarely do this but I have to add this to my permaban location. Far too often I would talk directly to the owner and mention it and still this happens.

Great sandwiches. Every time I come in, the place looks deserted which is a shame. I like the food and the staff has always been very friendly. It's definitely on the easier side of the parking lot to find a spot.

Very rude staff. I showed up with my buddy about 20 minutes before close and as we were deciding what to get the teenage girl worker said "we close in 15 minutes just to let you know", glaring at us like we were the biggest inconvenience. The other girl there was acting the same way. I asked if I could use my rewards code after I had swiped my card and she said "not after you've paid" still glaring at me. Did not offer to help and 100% showed she did not care. Major regret going here. Won't be back.
