The Italian is still my go to as its the only sandwich with enough protein. If others had more meat, I'd be willing to try other options again. Tried 5 or 6 different subs and was often disappointed

Come in pretty often, but this time in particular really rubbed me the wrong way. I come in at around 8:19pm. I understand the place closes at 9pm but there is also not a sign that says we can’t come in and order before then. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in, the employees immediately look at us and sighed. One young lady was taking the trash out at the time. I assume she was the one making the sandwiches because as soon as she sees us, she proceeds to angrily put the trash bags down and starts making the sandwiches . Again, i understand you close at 9pm but you still have 40 minutes to do closing work but have a nasty attitude about two sandwiches that took you 8 minutes to make is crazy. Food is amazing but the employees past 8pm aren’t.

I continually pay extra for double meat ($5) and they don't put a noticeable amount extra from a regular sandwich. It's almost as if they take it as an opportunity to just pocket the extra you pay.

I usually come here on my lunch break from work and have always had great experiences. Today however I got all the way back to work before I realized my sandwich had only veggies on it. No sauce, no meat, and no cheese. It wasn’t busy, so I’m not sure exactly what happened. Really disappointed to pay $15 for a piece of bread with some lettuce on it.
Pastrami was so full of gristle I had to toss my 14$ sandwiches.

How is this place still in business? We had a coupon so thought we’d try it after many years. It was so not good. I’d prefer jimmy John’s or even subway any day. My sandwich tasted like it had land o frost deli meat , microwaved. They had a Coke freestyle which is always subpar and theirs looked especially dirty and gross. I was mad I paid $15 for our 2 meals with the coupon but I don’t get how people are paying full price for this food!
