Been coming to this location before it even moved to this section of the parking lot. Franchise owner needs to fire this new crew of guys who can't get orders right and have the worst vibe and service levels I've seen. Won't be coming back here for a long time, if ever. Waiting 20 min when it's not busy for a wrong order and greasy fries is not something I plan on doing again.

Management is cheap. Loooong wait at noon on a Thursday. Only 2 employees working in the front part of the kitchen, saw just 1 in the back. Only ordered fries (which were ready out of the fryer when I ordered) yet had to wait 6 mins. Also were clearly out of fry sauce and had to remind them to refill it

Wonderful experience! One of the workers went out of their way to make sure that I did not have an allergic reaction to gluten. They made sure to get packets of condiments, and of course make sure the food was not cross contaminated. So nice not to have to doubt whether the food was safe to eat! Thank you!!!

I’ve eaten at other Five Guys restaurant and willing to pay a little extra to have my burger made to order and so I return. But my experience with the one in Sandy on 10400 S was horrible. I ordered four burgers and fries for pick up and it was ready in less than ten mins. I live one mile from the place, my burger and fries were cold, they were sloppy looking, no mustard as ordered. I won’t stop eating at Five Guys, just not at the Five Guys in Sandy on 10400S.
Please do better cause now I will drive to the store at Jordon Landing!!
