I love this place. I’ve tried every single all you can eat in Utah and this is the BEST! For $36 you get Unlimited Sushi, BBQ, and Hot pot. Amazing deal for the price of 2 rolls at another spot. My favorite spot for date night with my girl. Go here if you have a special occasion for sure.

My family and friends can never get enough of this place! I've been coming here since 2020, and I've never looked back. The sushis are absolutely delicious, both dine-in and takeout have been great, and the staff are wonderful. Not to mention, I've tried many sushi places in-state and out of state, and Ginza Japanese Shabu Shabu never misses. I would definitely recommend the executive suite roll, my true love roll, rainbow roll, and the super volcano roll

Fantastic Shabu Shabu! It’s a smaller establishment, but they take really good care of you, the broths are delicious, and their service setup was fantastic: we had meats and veggies showing up at our table constantly, we never had an empty pot or empty grill.
And their sushi was delicious! Especially their Salmon Nigiri and the Lion Roll. All of it was fantastic, definitely worth the money.

Amazing all you can eat sushi for a reasonable price. The service is quick and their spicy rolls are the best in Salt Lake. I love going here with my boyfriend to help me eat everything!

We’re obsessed with this restaurant. We were introduced about a year ago and have easily been back once a month since. It’s now a family go-to for delicious shabu-shabu, great sushi and really yummy BBQ.
Don’t let the ordering process scare you - it’s super easy and everything is delicious.

We were seated next to a very large, very loud group of Latinos that hollered and bickered with one another the entire time. I was a little taken aback by how brightly lit and open the dining area was as I was expecting something a bit more intimate with a calmer atmosphere. Other than that, the food was excellent and the service top notch. We will definitely be back.
Vegetarian options: Tons of tasty vegetarian options. I'm not a vegetarian, everything on their menu is fabulous.

Been here twice now. Excellent hot pot/shabu shabu. Love the sushi option. Tablet ordering the next all-you-can-eat round really improves the service. There are pictures of everything, you can plan your next round while you're eating, and it's easier than flagging a server down. I would happily come back, and I've recommended it to family already.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian ingredients to add to hot pots.
Kid-friendliness: There were several families with kids there. Hot pot takes a long time though, so young ones might get restless.
