I usually order from here, but whenever the older guy with grey hair is working, the experience is poor. He’s inattentive, serves much smaller portions, and today the fries were barely a quarter of the usual serving and unhygienic. I was even warned not to order when he’s there, but I still gave it a try.

Terrible service. The lady didn’t want to substitute tzatziki for hummus and wanted to charge me for a side of hummus. Rolled her eyes when I asked if the bread had dairy. When I asked to see it, she handed me a random piece off the grill instead of the package. I asked for the package and she practically threw it at me. She had one gloved hand and one bare hand and was using the gloved hand for bread, raw chicken, and the computer. At this point, I just gave up and left. Don’t go here if you have dietary restrictions.

I have tried to order from this place several times but every time noone comes to take my order. And even when once i was successful on getting their attention they told me that half of the things from their menu was out. Its like they don’t care if they get any business

Love this place, I typically order the tikka masala. Never had issues with staff, they’ve always gone above and beyond. Always come to this place when I’m at the Southtown mall.

I’m sorry, but if I order a hummus plate I expect hummus and things to dip in it. I got a ton of hummus but half of a small pita, undercooked rice, and a sad salad that was 80% onions. Why stingy with the pita? For 11$ I expect at least an entire pita. It also took 15 mins for things that should already be prepped and no line.

The gyro meat is exceptional! I think it's because they grill it before serving.

Terrible customer service, so rude.
They were preparing my food and eating baits of food at the same time. No sanitation at all, not to mention the kissing also one of the workers jumped the counter ,in the end I had to cancel my order and dispute my transaction.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, I genuinely enjoy supporting local businesses and giving positive feedback. But in this case, I feel obligated to speak up. The gyro I ordered was, frankly, the worst I’ve ever had, and I’m clearly not the only one who’s felt this way.

It took 25 minutes to prepare, and when it was finally handed to me, it was done carelessly. I wish I had taken a photo to show just how messy it was. The meat was overcooked and dry, there was barely any sauce, and the pita was overloaded with lettuce and poorly cut tomatoes.

I’ve had gyros in New York and even in Greece, so I understand the bar is high, but even by mall food court standards, this was disappointing. I sincerely hope Greek Kabob takes the feedback to heart and improves their quality moving forward.

I was in heaven with my order. I love supporting family owned too. The portions were huge and the meat was fantastic! I would 💯 recommend this over the junk next door. The lassi for dessert was amazing.

I really enjoyed the food but had a much longer wait than everyone else in my party (who all went other places) even though I was the only one at this place, so ne prepared for a wait

They have no concept of food safety. They feel like wearing the same gloves for every task is acceptable. Approaches counter to take orders with gloves on. Takes my order and types into machine then with same gloves on gets my drink. Then hands me the orders is ready pager with same gloves on. Then turns to the cooker and gets my naan bread off the heat top and fills my naan with gyro meat and lettuce and tomatoes and onions. Still has same gloves on. They need to be retrained.
