I don’t usually leave negative reviews, I genuinely enjoy supporting local businesses and giving positive feedback. But in this case, I feel obligated to speak up. The gyro I ordered was, frankly, the worst I’ve ever had, and I’m clearly not the only one who’s felt this way.
It took 25 minutes to prepare, and when it was finally handed to me, it was done carelessly. I wish I had taken a photo to show just how messy it was. The meat was overcooked and dry, there was barely any sauce, and the pita was overloaded with lettuce and poorly cut tomatoes.
I’ve had gyros in New York and even in Greece, so I understand the bar is high, but even by mall food court standards, this was disappointing. I sincerely hope Greek Kabob takes the feedback to heart and improves their quality moving forward.

I was in heaven with my order. I love supporting family owned too. The portions were huge and the meat was fantastic! I would 💯 recommend this over the junk next door. The lassi for dessert was amazing.

They have no concept of food safety. They feel like wearing the same gloves for every task is acceptable. Approaches counter to take orders with gloves on. Takes my order and types into machine then with same gloves on gets my drink. Then hands me the orders is ready pager with same gloves on. Then turns to the cooker and gets my naan bread off the heat top and fills my naan with gyro meat and lettuce and tomatoes and onions. Still has same gloves on. They need to be retrained.

Don't order here unless you have all day to waste and plan on going hungry. We went to the mall to kill an hour, get some lunch and play some games. My wife got pizza but I wanted a Gyro, big mistake. Even though I ordered first, I got to watch my wife eat her pizza while I waited. 45 minutes later I finally got my food, but when I got it it was wrong. I ordered a plain Gyro, but it was covered in that nasty cucumber sauce. Since we had already wasted all the time we had waiting for it in the first place I sent my wife back with it to get a refund while I went and got a piece of pizza. Rather than providing a refund he argued with my wife that that was what I ordered. She told him that she had seen me order my Gyro that way hundreds of times, that he did it wrong, but that I had already gone to get something else because we can't wait another 45 minutes for a replacement. The guy just took the food from her, threw it away, and walked away. So as we sat there and I hurried down the pizza right as I was finishing, the guys assistant comes walking up with another Gyro. I told him no thanks, I've already eaten. I am half tempted to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, but that is a lot of drama for $20. Oh yeah, their Baklava sucked as well. So basically I got the worlds most expensive small Sprite for 20 bucks. What a joke, they ruined our afternoon. Never eating there again.
This place is delicious, and a really good price. I got the #5 meal, which came with salad, fries, naan, and two kabobs. My husband got the #2 gyro and fries and the lamb was super good! We also got the mango lassi and it was the best I’ve ever had. My husband and I both said we’d definitely go there again, we were impressed with the quality and freshness!

The gyro plate was great! The customer service was great! Very kind and friendly staff! It made for a perfect lunch stop! I marked the atmosphere as a 3, just because it is a food court.

WARNING BUGS!!!!
First time eating here. Got my drink first and noticed it didn’t come with a straw. Thank god I didn’t get a straw.. Took one sip of my drink and saw a BUG floating in my drink. DISGUSTING!!!!! Nothing was offered in return, just a monotone “oh sorry”. Now I’m sitting here picking apart my food that they wouldn’t refund checking for bugs. Safe to say I just ended up throwing the food away cause I was so disgusted. Never coming back here again.
