Great service
We like the big scoop of ice cream they serve here!
There were 3 people in front of me but it could’ve been 13 with the wait. The reason was the worker’s friends were there begging for discounts and they were all chatting without helping us get what we ordered. We waited and waited and waited some more. Please do your job! Hang out with your buddies outside of work. Also, please keep your menu updated. Flavors we wished to try were advertised online but unavailable once we got there.
If you have a hankering for ice cream, this is where you want to go. I got the four scoop sampler. It’s a great deal. Huge scoops. All four flavors were delicious. I think my favorite was the cherry.
LARGE PORTIONS! Stopped here while on vacation with the family and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and price, just wasn't expecting such large portions but thats a good problem to have .
Didn't have to wait to long and customer service was good.
It good icecream and the service is great and friendly. There is a great selection of icecream. They also have milkshakes that are better than most.
My favorite ice cream of all time is “Buckeye” flavor at Handels. If you love peanut butter and chocolate then it’s an exceptional explosion in your mouth, in all the best-most imaginable ways possible (no sexual reference intended, ha!)
Really yummy flavors to choose from and great portion sizes. Staff was a little flippant when asked about water… that was odd but it was also the end of the day.
Very tasty
A woman I know has a favorite flavor that they helped me find; it only appears seasonally but one store had it.

Excellent ice cream! Outdoor seating only.
Ice cream was amazing, as was the service.
Amazing crafted ice cream
I've been wanting to try this place for quite a while, the line is always out the door so I figured it's got to be pretty good, but the line never seemed to move and I didn't want to wait an hour for ice cream. Well we finally stopped by when there was no line and I now see why the line never moves. I have never experienced service this slow in my life. One single worker slowly mozies up to the counter asks for an order then slowly walks all the way to the back of the store for a cone before slowly wandering through chests of ice cream. Each order takes at least 5 minutes to fill. By the time the fourth person in our group has their ice cream the first one is melting. By this time the line is back to its regular out-the-door status and the fifth and final person feels so guilty about the long line that they don't even place an order. The ice cream was decent. Not the best, but better than most, but there's no way it's worth the wait.
BEST ice cream EVER!!!! I DREAM ABOUT IT.... Seriously! I need y'all to bring it to Washington!
