Ice cream is good and the staff is nice but there is no place to sit and enjoy the ice cream. There is a lot of wasted space inside and would benefit from having seating for people who want to order sundeas.

We love a Handel's Ice Cream run. The people working there are so friendly and patient while people are deciding or getting samples. The flavors are unique and take so much like the real thing.

Handel's is quickly becoming one of the family's favorite treat stops. The staff is always friendly and the ice cream selection is huge. They offer sample can't decide and the staff has great recommendations. You may show up and there's a line. But it's worth the wait and typically moves fast.

Probably what ice cream should taste like. I got the Blue Oreo Cookie Monster and it's creamy (the only thing is that I warn you that it will make your lips blue) and I think it's what ice cream should taste like. It does go by it's motto "made fresh everyday" and they live up to their promise. You can sample flavors which is good and the ones with the cherry next to them are the ones in season. If I'm in the area I'll come back and try the other flavors.

We love this store and come here often. Today I ordered via online to be delivered by GrubHub. When I got my order, I was short part of my order, I was able to email the store and within 20 minutes they took care of the mistake and refunded me. Very happy with how they handle problems . I feel like how a store handles their problems is really a true representation of how their store and their and employees really are!

Our number one ice cream place now. Ice cream is ridiculously expensive now and im an ice cream fiend so we have started only going to handels to get their quarts because its the best bang for your buck comparatively. Their ice cream is delicious and their flavors are to die for. It's hard not to eat a whole quart in one sitting. Its addicting. We do our best to limit our visits because we cant live on ice cream alone but the cream keeps calling us back and we cant keep ourselves away for long. Its a problem. We legit have 4 quarts in the freezer as i write this. 2 for me and two for the wife. The kids arent allowed to eat them. We get them ice cream from smiths. The wife is probably more generous than I, I savor every bite. Cant let the kids steal my joy. Their happy with anything, but i know my ice cream and Handels is worth it.

I like Handels, especially compared to other ice cream places around. They always have a nice variety of flavors and I love that they offer a 4 scoop sampler for a reasonable price if you can't pick (and you get good size scoops!)Service was friendly and fast on our most recent visit. Even a small cone is HUGE, and their regular sundaes are a good size as well. Their hot fudge is killer and they don't skimp. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the mood for a sweet treat. They have some seating available outside, but I imagine it fills up fast in the summer months.

If you're looking for great ice cream, this is it! They let you sample flavors first, which is dangerous because there are so many flavors to choose from in general. Each flavor is either loaded with the toppings or has such great flavors. The pistachio had so many pistachios in one single scoop. The coconut caramel was amazingly delicious with coconut flakes throughout and large chunks of coconut candy. The butter pecan was absolutely delicious, packed full of pecans and the butter flavor jumping out at you. The orange sherbet is just delicious! Tastes like the push pops growing up. Hubby absolutely loved the buckeye flavor because not only was it fresh fudge and peanut butter, it had tons of buckeye candy inside of it too. The price wasn't bad either! The sampler was $6.95 and you get huge scoops! I wasn't expecting such a full scoop! The staff was really great too! She was super helpful and friendly! Plenty of indoor seating as well as bathrooms. This is a great location to come have some ice cream with friends or for date night!

I'm always on the hunt for good ice cream and I think I've found the place I'll be visiting when I'm in town for work. They have so many fun flavors that we couldn't decide as we were waiting in line - then we saw the photo on the wall that there was a four scoop sampler and the price on the menu was reasonable so we got very excited. I got Monkey Business (banana cake ice cream, brownie, and caramel) Oree Dough (Oreo, cookie dough in vanilla ice cream), Chocolate PB brownie, and cinnamon roll. They were all amazing and rich and creamy. My fave was probably the chocolate PB brownie just because chocolate bases are usually my go - to. I can't wait to go back and get more!

As far as American-style ice cream goes, these guys are tops. Deep flavors, never a hint of freezer burn, generous portions, free tastes. Their sampler is a great deal, I recommend it for first-timers. I max out with a double scoop, I think it's richer than every other ice cream I've tried.

Fast service! BIG SCOOPS! I love how theres seasonal flavors such as the pumpkin cheesecake :) it was so yummy. I just wish they could do 1 scoop of each flavor but thats not allowed, if you wanted two flavors you need to get 4 scoops total. I recommend getting a small or medium because the medium was huge and already started melting when walking to the car. prices are super cheap they definitely do not skimp out! no seating inside so you have to sit outside, I wish there was a line divider just so ppl know where to line up
