Read online that you could return body jewelry with a receipt. Took said product back in with receipt and was told they don’t do that even when I showed the policy online. If you want minimal selection on ear jewelry and a store that doesn’t even follow policy this is the place for you.

I have always really enjoyed the customer experience at this particular Hot Topic location. But having been helped by Kris, the manager, has made me a loyal customer! I called ahead to check on an item availability, and Kris was more than happy to make sure I found what I wanted, gave me multiple size options, and answered all of my questions with so much patience. Then when I came in, she continued to go above and beyond to help me find what I wanted and get the best possible deal. Even watching her interact with her team and other customers, I could tell she is a fantastic manager! I walked away with more than I came in for and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be back!!

I'm an original hot topic shopper and just want to say that they have gone downhill, i am really annoyed at how trendy and mainstream they have become. This was always one place I could go to get the obscure items I needed to decorate or add to clothing.
