Went here cause I was Giving a gift card for $20 I went online checked my balance it showed $20. I went to eat with my family and they wouldn't take my gift card. They asked for the phone number with my gift card? what if it was a Gift like the name suggests. I didnt have a phone tied to my Gift card and after trying to use it that day. I went back home to see if the balance was still $20 and I couldnt look up the balance. So I not only paid full price for my meal i gave a $20 gift card and didnt get any reduction on my bill? So i had A $20 gift card tried to use it at dinner was told. I they couldnt get it to work and now my giftcard is empty. I wont be going back. Which sucks cause I do like the food. I dont see why they have gift cards if I cant use them.
There's nothing fancy about this restaurant, but my friends and I meet every other month to have lunch together and catch up.They have a lovely quiet spot that we get to sit and visit with no feeling of being rushed. I love that I get to choose what I have for lunch and it's always fresh.
This restaurant caution when you go. It is not a clean restaurant. Bathrooms are filthy. The food area is dirty there's food everywhere. Mixed in due to people eating like animals. My side salad was bad. I could not eat it. I think the health department needs to come in and check this place out.
This is a one-time visit for me.
Super good food, service is good overall. Super expensive to eat for what you get. A group of 4 costs around $100!
Really like this restaurant! Good, fresh food!
I paid for dinner to go, so the hostess collected it directly from me. She then chose to give my husband, who was standing behind me the change.
They were out of rice, which is fine. I asked if they had other options, and she said no. Then, when my husband came back and mentioned we ordered rice, she said they were out and offered him substitutions. Then waited for him to confirm what substitution I was okay with.
It was very frustrating that only my husband was treated with respect.
All the staff were very friendly. The food was fresh. In our group there was a two year old and a baby, and the staff accommodated wonderfully. One person had nut allergy, and they provided a way to prevent cross contamination.
Great Mongolian food!! The best stir fry I have ever had!!
We had a wonderful experience and the food was great!

Food and experience is great. We got the all you can eat, and left satisfied. Little pricey, but not too bad by today's market. Oh, and kids 10 below eat free on Wednesday? We'll bring him along next time.
Great customer service. I hope the restaurant will provide more vegan meat (made of soy) and more options of sauces without garlic and onion.
One of the staff members helped me with figuring out what's safe to eat since I had surgery days ago and my diet was restricted.
Good service, good vibes, good food.
The food here is very good. One of the go to with the kids as they have a kids special. Both kids love it, even the picky one! It's my favorite mongolian bbq place i have ever tried
