Went there today at 6:40 pm. All the chairs were up and the workers were mopping. The place looked closed. Went back to the car and watched as the worker real quick locked the door and turned off the open sign. Will think twice before going here again. It had been tradition to go after my kids musical performances.

We ordered two hotdogs, two big orders of tater tots, and two big shakes. The tater tots are overcooked and hard to eat, but the hotdogs are not even edible. Shakes were good as usual. We didnt even order at the busiest time. Very disappointing! The cook is not watching the stove. Worst yet..why are you sending out food like this to your customers? Where is your quality control. You can do better Iceberg!

The food is generally really good and the service is ok but the restaurant is nasty! It stinks inside, it feels super dirty and the bathrooms look like they never get clean. It makes me wonder how the kitchen looks. We like the food but I can't eat here knowing how dirty everything is. I found a spiderweb on the way to the bathroom. Please do a deep clean in your entire restaurant! Also the girls working that day were on their phones the whole time and didn't seem like they wanted to be there. It's sad the could be cleaning the place up instead of staring at their phones.

Chicken strips and fries were quite over cooked. It took 25 minutes for the shakes and ice-cream cone to come out even when the restaurant was entirely empty since the employees were talking and goofing off obvious enough to see from the whole dining room.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Iceberg milkshakes are not what they used to be.We ordered a regular german chocolate milkshake and got some runny chocolate milk with coconut flakes in it. These shakes are supposed to be so thick. You have to use a spoon to eat it or you have to wait a half hour for it to melt. We could literally pour this like chocolate milk. After it was handed to us. If I wanted chocolate milk, i would have just gone to wendy's and ordered a frosty.
Iceberg is better than this.I don't know what the hell is going on at this location but it is best if you avoid it.

They changed the raspberry shake recipe so it tastes weird now, but when I asked to change our shake because the raspberry shake tastes weird now the worker was very kind and got us a replacement shake that tasted good. But I think their fry oil is a little old cause the tots tasted a little off.

I don't like french fries. I don't like potatoes at all. It's the taste. But Iceberg has the best french fries. I love them. I don't know what they do to them. I just discovered this in the last couple years. It's crazy.
We usually only get fries and shakes. My wife says anything else is meh, I think I've had a burger before and don't remember so it must have not been too good. It's a little pricey, definitely had a lot of price increases with the last few years of inflation.

Classic Utah shakes with a bunch of flavors! They are huge, so make sure you look at their size displays for an accurate idea haha. And unlike other places known for their ice cream, their burgers and fries are also super good! Their buns taste homemade and their patties are fresh. We are Utah transplants, and this has become a staple!

We ordered three shakes- banana, mint chocolate chip, and raspberry.
The mint chocolate chip shake tasted like spearmint toothpaste (it was terrible- waaay too minty) and the raspberry tasted like it was fermented and carbonated. It was so bizarre.
Overall, we would never go back to that location.

SLOW and overcharging - consistently. I am very reluctant to write bad reviews, especially when it’s high school kids doing their best but the past three times we went here have been absolutely terrible.
Slow - My receipt shows we placed our order at 5:49 and we received our meal at 6:19. It took them 30 minutes to make chicken fingers and fries!!! Again, this is a consistent experience. They get the shakes out in 1-2 minutes but any time we order food, regardless of what the food is, it takes 20-30 minutes. COMPLETELY INSANE for “fast food”.
Overcharging - This has also happened three times in a row now. Today we ordered “Chicken basket dinner with shake” listed on the menu for $12.99. On my receipt it says Chicken dinner - $14.99, Mini Shake $2.00, Cookies $0.99 for a total of $17.98 before tax. I get that some shake flavors cost more (i.e. Oreo for $1) but to order something on the menu for $12.99 and pay almost $19 after tax is either benign incompetence or intentionally misleading. Either way, it’s a total joke.
My kids like the shakes here but I told them we will never be back since we don’t want to pay 46% over menu price and wait 30 minutes every time we walk in.

Tonight was the first time I have visited the Sandy Iceberg, and it will be the last! I have always gone to the Iceberg in Draper, which always does a great
Job with everything. Anyway, the inside looked like a train wreck. Tables were really dirty, my feet stuck to the restroom floor, and the condition of the restroom was just disgusting in every way. They had inventory stacked gong down the hall to the restrooms, and it just looks completely unkept. The kids up front weren’t rude in any way, but they looked like they just rolled out of bed. One had his hat on backwards, and his sweatpants were halfway down his hind end. To me, I was left wondering who the owner of the Sandy store is?? RT Jin
