The manager was so kind! Definitely went out of his way to take care of us. The girl who took my order was also really sweet! Everything was clean, orderly and just a great vibe! And of course, the food was delicious!! We loved our fries and onion rings!! Thanks for a great visit!

I ordered a mini THICK shake with grasshopper & extra heath and paid almost $10 for it.
Just for it to be straight LIQUID when handed to me. I am beyond annoyed I paid $10 for a shake that is supposed to be thick just for it to be straight liquid.

They should have thrown a straw in it and not a spoon because the spoon was useless.

I would have said something before I left but I didn’t have time to be waiting for a refund or new shake that is guaranteed to be thick
So if that can be done now for either or that would be great.

My snake was runny, ice cream machine not working properly

I ordered a pastrami burger, fries and onion rings with two shakes. They messed up one of the shakes and had to do it over. They had a big box for the onion rings, when I opened it. There were only 4 burnt rings in a huge box. Also the quality of the rings were garbage. The bun was burned on the hamburger as well. I’m done ordering food there, just the shakes!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The atmosphere is dirty, all but 2 booths are broken and out of service. Took 40 mins to get our food and then the onion rings and hot dog were burnt. The kids working here can pretty much make ice cream cones and that’s it. They also make and serve the cones with bare hands touching the cones (no gloves). $45 bucks for disgusting experience. Go elsewhere.

The children who work here couldn't pass a 9th grade English test and didn't know what "cheese fries" are.

They're served at every single other Iceberg, I've never failed to get them until I came here.

I still can't get over that they couldn't pronounce or spell "Rowdy"

Went here for the first time, in the middle of the afternoon, so it wasn't busy. Ordered only one shake, and it took over 20 minutes to receive it, and that was only after I asked. The shake was good, but not worth the wait or the price.

Sad to see this place has gone downhill. Slowly over the past four years it’s gotten worse.

Ordered an M&M shake tonight. Something weird was mixed in with the shake that wasn’t supposed to be in it. I have no idea what it was. Almost a plastic crumbly like substance. I’ll never go back after this.

I was being generous giving 2 stars. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner and the staff should be too. I have gone to Iceberg since I was little and now this location is filthy. I didn't even want to touch the front door. Doesn't the Board of Health inspect anymore? Floors dirty counters filthy windows tables dirty shake machine gross entire place in much need of a deep cleaning. When you go somewhere to eat you don't want to worry if your going to get sick because it is so dirty in there. The guy who served us had no personality said maybe two words. If those who work there and the owner can't see this problem then it is very sad to see a once loved drive inn turn into what it is today.

Paid for double flavor and got a giant shake of plain vanilla. Employees just walking around with AirPods in. Two thumbs down.

Edit: I found all the toppings in a solid clump at the bottom.

Waited almost 30 minutes just to get 2 shakes and when we finally got them they were melted. We ended up just throwing them away. Complete waste of money and time.
