Shakes are crazy good and huge!

Ordered onion rings came out burnt and place was very dirty. Shake spinner didn’t look like it’s been cleaned in 30 days!

They have every shake flavor and combination imaginable.

The place was filthy. Kids working there that don't clean. They messed up a simple order of 1 shake & 1 cone. Charged us for a large cone, gave us a small. Gave us the wrong shake. Even before that, they gave people their orders that arrived after us while we waited for the wrong items. This place does not compare to the original location. They should change the name or shut down.

Expensive shakes, but at least they aren't skimping.

Shakes are good, everything else is terrible.

The first thing I noticed, after biting into my terrible Pastrami Burger, was that no one else in the restaurant was eating the food. I know why. If you are going to frequent this establishment, stick to the shakes, which are good. Don't order any food from the grill. The burger I received was dry, tasted like 30% fat, and the pastrami was rubbery.

The men’s restroom had no soap. The dispenser had been broken off the wall. But no one could provide me with soap. Gross.

Dirty. Chairs and tables move because they are next to broken. Worst shake I've ever had from iceberg. I'll travel farther to a different location.

The manager was so kind! Definitely went out of his way to take care of us. The girl who took my order was also really sweet! Everything was clean, orderly and just a great vibe! And of course, the food was delicious!! We loved our fries and onion rings!! Thanks for a great visit!

I ordered a mini THICK shake with grasshopper & extra heath and paid almost $10 for it.
Just for it to be straight LIQUID when handed to me. I am beyond annoyed I paid $10 for a shake that is supposed to be thick just for it to be straight liquid.

They should have thrown a straw in it and not a spoon because the spoon was useless.

I would have said something before I left but I didn’t have time to be waiting for a refund or new shake that is guaranteed to be thick
So if that can be done now for either or that would be great.

I ordered a pastrami burger, fries and onion rings with two shakes. They messed up one of the shakes and had to do it over. They had a big box for the onion rings, when I opened it. There were only 4 burnt rings in a huge box. Also the quality of the rings were garbage. The bun was burned on the hamburger as well. I’m done ordering food there, just the shakes!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The atmosphere is dirty, all but 2 booths are broken and out of service. Took 40 mins to get our food and then the onion rings and hot dog were burnt. The kids working here can pretty much make ice cream cones and that’s it. They also make and serve the cones with bare hands touching the cones (no gloves). $45 bucks for disgusting experience. Go elsewhere.
