Burger and fries taste was non descript and mushy soft. Shake was thin. The shake did not even reach the top of the cup and not like the heavy brick I expect from Ice Berg (like the shakes they make on 3900 so). Big disappointment to spend $15 and eat half the meal leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I'll go to the 39rd south location next time.

I ordered the Rodeo Burger Combo w/Shake. The burger is pretty good for mass-produced patty. The fries are good. I'm interested in trying the cajun fries or Frings on a future visit. Iceberg does a Shake of the Month flavor, and the Penguin shake was amazing! It was a chocolate marshmallow Oreo something-or-other, and that flavor should be made permanent. The shakes are what really bring people through the door, not the food.

The service was fine. There were two gals working, and they got the job done. The restaurant is clean and in a good location. It appears to attract a senior crowd, and I noticed it has a few weekly regulars.

Corporate Iceberg doesn't hold a candle to the old Ballard's Iceberg in Draper, but seeing as Ballard's is gone as of 2025 and Iceberg Drive Inn isn't, it'll do when I need my shake fix.

Pretty sure this place is mostly run by 16 year olds. Service is super duper slow. Takes about 15-20 min just to get a couple of shakes. Good food, but slow service.

It's a milkshake forward restaurant. They've got burgers, chicken, hotdogs, fries, onion rings, but it's really about the thick shake you must eat with a spoon. Lots of flavors. My favorite is banana.

Every time we go to this location. They have boxes upon boxes piled up blocking the bathrooms. This time they had someone's dinner trash left on the table. My guess it was an employee. My wife's shake was completely wrong and mine was only mixed half way down.

Don’t bother coming here! The wait is always long, employees don’t bother paying attention, and the food sucks!
I waited way too long for cold food, lazy service, and inflated prices.
Gave this place 2 chances. I won’t return after today.

Went there today at 6:40 pm. All the chairs were up and the workers were mopping. The place looked closed. Went back to the car and watched as the worker real quick locked the door and turned off the open sign. Will think twice before going here again. It had been tradition to go after my kids musical performances.

We ordered two hotdogs, two big orders of tater tots, and two big shakes. The tater tots are overcooked and hard to eat, but the hotdogs are not even edible. Shakes were good as usual. We didnt even order at the busiest time. Very disappointing! The cook is not watching the stove. Worst yet..why are you sending out food like this to your customers? Where is your quality control. You can do better Iceberg!

The food is generally really good and the service is ok but the restaurant is nasty! It stinks inside, it feels super dirty and the bathrooms look like they never get clean. It makes me wonder how the kitchen looks. We like the food but I can't eat here knowing how dirty everything is. I found a spiderweb on the way to the bathroom. Please do a deep clean in your entire restaurant! Also the girls working that day were on their phones the whole time and didn't seem like they wanted to be there. It's sad the could be cleaning the place up instead of staring at their phones.
