3-some looking forward to a social dinner after another great Hale show. Chips and Salsa are good. Potato soup a bit too cheesy. Cajun chicken pasta entree was very good. Wife ordered a salad entree, but they drenched the salad in the wrong dressing and put the one she requested on the side too (waitress apologized and commented the kitchen was botching orders all day). Shrimp fajitas were ok (they and the salsa are missing some flavoring including cilantro, lime). The hostess and waitress were really great, the former with fab humor and the latter highly attentive and responsive. What was also bothersome was cleanliness was sub par. 2 tables nearby were a mess (at 3pm on a Saturday). After they were finally cleaned up, they didn't do anything about the floor, which was a mess too. Which drew attention to the floor in general, which wasn't very clean. And one of our menus was smeared with ketchup or similar. Then there's the issue of personal data. The insist on scanning your drivers license for a beer (which I ultimately decided wasn't worth the risk as sooner or later it'll be hacked and I already have data the US government sent to China in a large scale hack). Then to pay, they want more identifiable data, instead of just a CC. We had cash. Doubt we'll be back.

The boneless wings weren't bad. I had no clue I was supposed to pick it up inside Chili's. Seriously? Would it kill you to put up a sign? Oh, and it would have been nice to have a fork and a napkin.

The receipt on the bag clearly stated 2 extra ranches that we did not receive. The receipt also indicates Garlic Parmesan (mild) wings - which is NOT what I received. Instead, it was something hot and jalapeño flavored ... which is not easy to eat with less ranch than I paid for, and heartburn I was not anticipating.3 of the pieces of the Apple BBQ wings that were the 2nd half of our order were "Del Carbon" and tasted like ash.It is even more aggravating that since we moved a couple months back, we have a Chili's (which we love) a stone's throw from where we live (Bluffdale, UT), but for some asinine reason the one near us does not do It's Just Wings orders (which we love, or at least USED to), so we have to drive 20 minutes out of the way and 20 minutes back to get our IJW fix - that we might just pass on next time.

Garlic Parmesan bone-in wings- absolutely delicious! Lots of sauce, well cooked wings, all around good. Was a little confused that two of the wings were boneless and shy one. Not a big deal though. Will definitely be going back.It’s too bad that a party of people ganged up on this place and destroyed their reviews. It’s obvious by their comments that they don’t understand how DoorDash works.

Why is my corn on the cobb always missing from my order???? Why??? This is the 4th time this has happened!!! Why?? It's on the ticket, food in a clear container, BUT the employees obviously can't see that there is something missing, like a yellow corn on the cobb.. Maybe they need to retrain employees on making sure the order is correct before sending it out.. I understand about mistakes happen, BUT 4 TIMES??? So disappointing.. ? No more ordering online..

Me and like 15 friends all planned a boxing match watch party and I only came for the wings. But they said door dash stole the wings and didn’t offer to refund us just said to call door dash and figure it out. I’m so hungry

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO ACTUALLY GET YOUR FOOD. We put an order in on the website (only option- works through door dash). We were hosting a party with plenty of hungry guests. We were watching a sporting event and ordered the food in plenty of time to have it delivered before the event started. We then waited (hungry) for two hours. We called to follow up and the restaurant informed us that somebody stole the order off the shelf and we would have to call door dash to get it resolved. I have so many questions, but for starters… why is nobody monitoring the door dash shelf? Why were we left waiting instead of contacted to resolve this? Why were we not offered any sort of replacement or alternative? This is unacceptable. Please do not order from this website unless you want to send your guests home late and hungry. I’ve learned my lesson. Never again.

My order was never delivered. After waiting for 1.5 hours I called the store to find out that my order was “stolen”. They said that I had to call door dash in order to have my order resent. So basically I have to call a 1 (800) number and talk to an automated voicemail to get this sorted out. The store refused to just remake and send my order and refused to refund me. They told me that to do anything I had to contact DoorDash. Now I have a party of 20 hungry people at my house. It’s 9:30pm on a Saturday night and they want me to talk to answering machine. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 36 wings for delivery and 2 hours later we still didn’t have our order so we called and they said that someone had stolen our order. Did not give us a refund. Horrible service

They were SO busy so we went with take out. Soup, salad and combo meal with brisket and ribs. Very good! Customer service made a big difference that makes you want to go back again…
