Awesome staff!

The smoothies are good, always have been. But the prices have risen significantly. This large Pina Colada cost $9.73 with tax. Just .27 cents shy of $10 for a smoothie!

My mom is a big fan of Jamba, so we grabbed a couple smoothies via the drive-thru but noticed on our first sip something was WAY off. She got an Orange Dream Machine but there was zero orange flavor and not a hint of sweetness, it kind of tasted like powdered milk? It was also very runny like water, none of that smoothie "thickness".I went into the building to let the staff know because mistakes happen, especially in a fast-paced industry, and the staff member did quickly offer to remake it (albeit in a short, curt way but they seemed upset before I walked in so I didn't take it personally). This time it was...better? I'm used to a pretty consistent level of quality with Jamba Juice, and neither of the drinks we received, nor the remade one, were like that...so it was disappointing. It was a bad enough experience for us that we will avoid this one and stick to our regular Jamba.

My recent visit to this particular location of Jamba Juice left me pleasantly surprised. Despite being part of a chain, this particular location stood out with its rare drive-thru, offering a convenient option for those on the move. The workers, especially a friendly Asian gal, added a welcoming touch to the experience. Her helpful attitude made navigating the menu and placing an order a breeze. The menu's variety impressed me, and I opted for the Mango-a-go-go smoothie. It delivered a burst of tropical flavors, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients. The overall quality reflected Jamba Juice's commitment to providing a satisfying blend of taste and health. The drive-thru process was efficiently managed, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable visit.Overall, this Jamba Juice location is solid. The combination of a rare drive-thru, friendly service, and quality offerings makes it a standout choice for a quick and refreshing treat. I look forward to returning for another positive experience.

This location is wayyyy better than it used to be!They have a new manager and it really shows!Jamba is nostalgic for me, I sound like a millennial for sure with that statement, Jamba brings fond memories of being a teenager growing up in Los Angeles and when I was young, broke and free living in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, in my youth spending my tip money and walking to Jamba. LolMy thing is oatmeal from Jamba, yes friends, can be made at home, but I really like Jamba's oatmeal with bananas and agave, they used to have brown sugar but it was discontinued. My go-to has always been carrot-orange juice which has been renamed to Carrot-Orange Twist, this location used to be notorious for now having it or for the juicing machine to be non operative, but lately has been great. This location does have a drive-thru, high five for this mom, shout out to all you busy moms DOING IT BIG, I see you and I love you!Anyways, I would say this location is more five stars as of late! I also like the sweet pretzel which used to be known as the cinnamon apple pretzel.Jamba can be high in sugar depending on what you are getting and really borders "healthy", but it's a nice treat and they have new parfait bowls with coconut whip or Greek yogurt.Always love the protein berry workout smoothie, it used to have a old school name, but I think any drink is pretty adaptable for your needs/wants/likes.Great drive thru location if you are looking for one WJ/Sandy Yelpies!

I come to this location often. At least 2x a week. So I know that usually they give me the machine to choose what to tip and how do I want my receipt. Last time I went there, the girl that handed my drink literally gave herself a tip without asking/giving me the machine to choose what % to tip. She also didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt (of course she didn’t I would be able to see the $ she “stole”). I was in a hurry so didn’t want to waste my time arguing about a little money.. The one thing i cant stand is dishonesty.. Do better kiddo.

Got a large Aloha Pineapple tonight, the cup wasn’t filled all the way (was down an inch or so), the flavor was OK but it wasn’t very cold at all. But at least the staff was friendly, and there was no line.
