Jersey Mike's has some of the best subs in the valley, but they have got to do something about the one-person-making-one-sandwich-at-a-time business model. It is very slow and the line to order gets very long especially during lunchtime. If they had one more person slicing the cheese and meat and then moving it along to the next employee to build the sandwich it would help. Or a second line for sandwich building? Just a pet peeve of mine. While Subway sandwiches aren't as good, they seem to have figured out how to move more people along much faster.
