Or recent trip was the first time going to a Jim's restaurant. We enjoyed our experience a lot and really liked the food! Service was great and was a very laid back environment which we loved!!

I booked a group event for dinner in the banquet room and we were all treated so well! It was a breeze letting Carson and his staff take care of us so we didn't have to worry about anything. The extensive menu meant there was something for everyone and prices are so reasonable. We all had a great time and I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for an event venue for a lunch or dinner group.

Very poor quality food and served luke warm. With how much the food cost you would think a little quality control would go a long way. If I was the server I would have refused to take that food out to a customer. Needless to say we will never go back.

Very efficient waitress, Jennifer. We used to go to Jim's on Redwood, my last meal was awful, waitress didn't check on us. Used to go 2-3 times
week. ALWAYS left a good tip. Mentioned how awful it was when leaving. No one said anything. I wasn't expecting a big deal, but maybe 'we'll give you a 10% discount next time..NOTHING.. So called and said we will never be back, and we won't.

I wanted to like this spot. Breakfast is really hard to get wrong. But man, this visit was pretty rough for me.

I got a waffle, and I don't know what batter they use, but they need a swift switch. It was not good; there's no other way to say it. My server felt really bad, and gave us a discount on the whole bill.

I will say to its credit, the place was clean and nicely decorated. We were seated in a booth, which is my favorite with a toddler. And our server was really great. He was friendly and pleasant, and very attentive.

For the price we paid on this breakfast, we will not be returning. But our server was a gem, so I hope he has sought out opportunities at a higher ticket place.
