Our server was Chris and he was AMAZING! My boyfriend ordered a corona rita and loved it we had the delicious crispy calamari as an appetizer that came out promptly!! I ordered the king crab bucket and I tore it up! My boyfriend ordered shrimp sampler and it was delicious especially with the bacon wrapped shrimp. We will be looking for Chris next time we come and visit!!!! thank you so much Chris!

My husband and I wanted to go out to eat at this place.Joe's crab shack, We were there a couple years ago and had a great experience, Recently we just went there and the service was terrible, The crab and potatoes were both undcooked and cold, The lady hostess was very rude about table seating, We had our toddler with us when we went in.And she explained that there was no empty Booth tables, There was at least five empty booth tables when we walked in and she told us that they weren't clean and they clearly was clean. And she sat us at a regular table, So are toddler ran around, but if we were able to sit in a booth, then he wouldn't have been able to get out of the booth to run around. Overall we will never be returning back to this place, What once was great is now garbage, spending well over a hundred dollars there and completely regretting it, The food the service and the atmosphere and having a Loud tv and music going at the same time was pretty annoying.I honestly believe that it's the owners gave a poop about their company.They would teach their employees that people with small children need booths and adult Parties would be best at regular tables. You would do it completely run around with your staff to make sure everybody is well trained in treating people with the highest respects because people are spending good money at your establishment, I also believe that serving cold food is really inappropriate. I wouldn't bother going to this establishment.If you're thinking about going, go somewhere else, There are plenty of other places that serve the same dishes and way higher quality of the same dishes.And you'll at least get hot food and kindness.

Joes was such a good place for sea food. now its just like the rest. Bags of frozen, EXPENSIVE, pre-packaged seafood. Next time I want subpar seafood, I'll save some money and gas and just go to boat haus, it's the same bags of frozen food! I blame Biden! Inflation! Gas! PS, my wife's shrimp wasn't cut down the back or de-veined, but mine in the frozen bag was.... hum?

Portions have really shrunk in recent years, though prices haven't.Everything was overcooked.The wait staff was great but they can't do much about menu quality slides.It was OK for my wife's 61st birthday. Not great and overpriced, but that's where she wanted to go.

The saving grace of the visit was the server JUSTIN (2/24/2024 3PM). He was very funny, witty, and attentive! Excellent service.Unfortunately, our two coconut shrimp plates were very salty and overcooked, so the coconut flavor was barley detectable. We also had the lobster tail, which was also very salty. The food was not good this time.

Haven’t been to a Joe’s in so long since they closed down many in Houston Texas but I’m very happy to say they are still thriving in Utah and is a reliable seafood restaurant.I always get the steam pots with extra shrimp and snow crab clusters Ragin Cajun flavor is the best with extra butter and everything was cooked well and seasoned well. The crab nachos appetizer was surprisingly good too. It was loaded!Slightly bummed they didn’t have any birthday specials for my fiancée ( you have to sign up for some kind of email rewards) but still a nostalgic time and food was on point. The service was a little slow from our waitress and it was not very busy. Restaurant is cute as usual. Everything was clean. And the staff did check on us.

I just can’t wait to go back and had some food again because the food was delicious and clean restaurant as well as atmosphere was very good. The server was very friendly and very knowledgeable to what we needed. We had some couple drinks ??? it was really fun to hangout with my lady in this Joe’ Crab Shack. Workers are very nice and at first my Spanish lady was asking a sweet wine- which wasn’t available at first but the manager made an extra order to make sure we got what we wanted. Thanks for the service at Joe’crab shack teams. I’m giving them a five star rating and review because they deserve it. Also this Joe’s Crab Shack is very close to mega theater movies which make it very interesting attraction to restaurant.
