They let you order their new beyond chicken online, and then call you to tell you they don’t have it after they charge your card. They tell you they can’t give you a refund and you have to call their customer service number. No one ever picks up their service number, no matter what time you call. They basically try to steal your money!

Waited 10 minutes and had to ask where the rest of the food was. Then order was wrong went back and they still got it wrong. Talk to manager all could say was sorry 😐 I will not go back again and will tell my friends to not go there. Poor service and didn’t care that my order was wrong😡
