Pretty good food but the service isn’t the quickest. On Wednesdays they do a country fried steak special that is cheap and affordable.

First time eating a KFC pot pie - it would have been better without the chicken - mostly bird parts I would have thrown away if cooking at home. Few veggies, no potatoes

My food was way overcooked. I bit into a fry and it shattered in my mouth. The chicken was so rubbery I couldn't even rip it with my teeth.
Update: Still the same.
Are the chickens getting smaller? The drumstick I got was more like a wing drum. For the prices you charge, we were surely expecting more.

Went to get some chicken 30 minutes before closing for my pregnant daughter and the guy that helped us was by far fantastic!!! He was super nice and very pleasant. The food was really good as well for it being so close to closing. You all need to give D a raise!!! I wish all fast food employees were like him 😊

I was highly disappointed with the whole order that I had received. When I was eating my chicken tenders, I had noticed something strange with one of the tenders. The tender somehow had cotton fused with the chicken tender.

Good food today! I don't know if you guys have Dee running this place but he should be. The man's vibes can be felt from the parking lot and the way he interacts with patrons makes me want to come back tomorrow. Great customer service and all-around experience that made me go straight to my car to leave a review after being served. 12/10

First off. Don’t ask for Dr Pepper lol they don’t have it. We ordered 2 chicken strip baskets
Get to the window and the dude says they don’t have enough chicken sorry… I gave him some cash.. he could not count it. They give me my chicken and they are literally like nuggets.. I got three different sides.. and no fries (that is what the meal comes with) literally a waste of time and money…

On Sunday 9/15/24 we placed an online order for pickup. We used the app as we typically do and when we checked out, were advised the food would be ready in 5 minutes.
In most cases I would’ve allowed additional time, but in our past experience KFC has always been accurate with their times, so my husband left our home immediately to pick up our order.
When we pulled up, an employee was outside smoking a cigarette. I don’t like that because I always worry they won’t wash their hands upon returning to work, but we gave the benefit of the doubt.
Husband went inside to pick up the order only to find it wasn’t ready. After a few minutes, the employee we’d seen smoking came inside and to the counter. It was then we recognized him as a manager. There were at least three other people working with him and they weren’t busy at all. Still husband waited, and then asked the manager what was delaying our order.
That’s when we were advised they needed to cook more nuggets and that it would be at least ten minutes for fresh. Ugh.
I understand that fresh food must be cooked; no one wants to be served hours old food. However, that doesn’t explain being quoted only five minutes wait, them having the order in their possession, at least four people on the clock and it’s slow enough for the manager to take a smoke break and it’s not until we arrive that they see they don’t have enough product and ONLY THEN put it down to cook? Not cool, man.
I guess the point is, if you have time to smoke, you have time to manage your staff and your product and ensure you have enough food for the orders that you know you have. It doesn’t seem like an unreasonable request.

I love the app and location, but you can wait 20 minutes after the time they give you to pick, to leave the house, and still have to pull to the side and wait.
It boggles the mind.
