Super upset with this KFC location. This is the second time this has happened. First time we went to the location and they were out of the pot pies. So the second time I ordered online to be sure they had the pot pies which are very good. I placed my order at 5:15 for a scheduled pick up at 5:30 and when I got to the restaurant they told me they ran out. I told him I didn't believe him it was 5:30 then he said they didn't get their shipment. But why would it accept an order for something they didn't have. So I drove all the way there to find out I wasn't picking up dinner. Then the manager couldn't refund my order and I had to figure out by myself how to get a refund online. Makes me want to never return.

Just went thru drive thru picked up an eight piece meal, just got home. The biscuits had been sitting under lights obviously for a long time they were as hard as rock and could not even be eaten. They did not do my sides correctly. They gave just three individual sides and not full size sides and one individual. The potatoes have actually looked like they took a scoop out of it after putting it into the container not sure that I’ll ever go there again very disappointed

Pretty disappointed. Was craving a famous bowl so I stopped through the drive through. When I got home, I discovered there were all but 3 small pieces of chicken in the bowl and almost no gravy. Love the famous bowl, but this was a letdown.

Ordered through Uber eats. From the time we ordered to the time it reached out house was about 10 to 15 minutes. I was surprised it was so fast until my husband took a bite. The chicken was raw!!! The biscuits were literally dough and uncooked. Man, I pray we dont get sick!

Excellent service, but they don't have what is advertised on TV. I ordered Honey Barbecue Wings in the drive-through, but when I got home, I had Spicy wings. I let that slide. The following week, I went inside to order Honey Barbecue Wings, and the clerk informed me that it would be $16.00 for four pieces of wings. What?
I ordered chicken strips online. It was about 1pm. When i arrived they told me that they were out of strips, so they substituted regular chicken. It was delicious, but not what i was wanting.

I went in to get a simple order at the drive thru - just seven pieces of chicken and some mashed potatoes. They told me to pull forward and they would bring me my order out. After 10 minutes an employee brought the order out to the car in front of me. I asked her what was taking so long. She said she’d check. Five minutes later I pulled back to the window. (No one else was there to order) I couldn’t see any employees, but I could hear them laughing in the back. I called the restaurant and heard their phone ring. No one answered. Finally the employee who took my order came out, looked at me, and sat on a chair in the office. Another employee noticed me and after 20 minutes of waiting put my order together. When I got home and took out the chicken, it was pathetic. It consisted of very small pieces of chicken. There was more breading than chicken. Very, very disappointing!

I ordered a $20 family meal which was supposed to include 10 chicken wings. They had run out of chicken wings and never told me.. They let me drive off not knowing my meal was completely missing the wings I had ordered. They instead substituted a couple sorry looking pieces of nuggets with some sauce poured over it. Definitely not even the same amount of food as 10 whole chicken wings. I had to go all the way back to the restaurant to find out about this. Judging by numerous negative reviews this place has they obviously stopped caring about quality or service. Please do the public a favor and just close down rather than subject us to your horrendous services. Never again will I patronize this location.

The chicken was greasy, had a strange taste, a bad smell, and was poorly breaded. I bought it to try something different since it has a very well-known name, I don’t recommend it.
