On July 21, 2025 I placed a pick up order (3610109) at 4:45 PM costing about $75. This meal was to feed four adults and two children. The food was ready according to the time scheduled. I did not check the order for accuracy - big mistake! Upon arriving home and unpacking the food I found several items missing. What was missing was the six chicken tenders, but the dipping sauces was included. It says on my order that my meal was âpacked and double checked for accuracy.â The missing items caused several of my guests to be upset, along with myself. First of all, I love Kentucky Fried Chicken, and I always have. This store on 9400 S. in Sandy is the closest KFC franchise to my home. I dine here often and get takeout frequently. The situation of missing items happens at least half the time! This lack of accuracy is a training issue and should be placed directly at the store managerâs feet. Maybe this bad review will spark something deep in his soul to improve the accuracy of takeout and dine in orders. The KFC franchise on Highland Drive near Fort Union is going to be the one I shop at in the future. Itâs another mile or two further but maybe they can get my order right, I can only hope.

We went through the drive-through to get food for a picnic with our grandkids up the canyon. When we got to our destination, we discovered we didn't have all our food. The chicken is really good, but this particular location isn't great.

The food was pretty much what you would expect. The service was pretty good The cashier that was helping us was new but he did great taking my order. And the person helping him seemed nice and looked like a nice place to work. Then I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and bump. It was pretty shitty. There was pee in the toilet. Cracked tiles, dirty mirror. Paper towels and whatever on the ground. I ended up not even washing my hands because I figured they would be cleaner using napkins. Anyways yeah 3 star

This is more a review on the company than this particular location. I went there to grab dinner and wanted some of the mashed potato poppers, but when I ordered I was told that it's only available for ONLINE orders. đ«€ That just seems... Odd. But who knows? Maybe it IS the location?
Edit - Yep, it's definitely the location that was the problem. I went to another KFC nearby and had no issues getting the poppers. Naughty naughty.

I ordered from this location at 10:07pm after I got off of work just to bring some food home for my family, now I understand not wanting to take orders or phone calls an hour before close but as a worker in the food industry you should still be taking orders and phone calls before you close no matter how close it is. My restaurant doesnât close until 12 and I still make sure weâre taking orders up until that point and they come out as ordered. I ordered the double mash meal along with a side of mac n cheese and not only did I receive poorly cooked chicken but I did not receive my Mac n cheese either. Once I tried to call just to get a store credit not even a refund, they denied my calls multiple times and would answer, mute themselves, and hang up without any answer. Terrible service and I will be reporting this location to their corporate office for denying service before close. (If I could add pictures I would)

disappointing and expensive
I ordered an 8 PC family meal in drive thru. Got home to find my 8 piece has no breasts. There's 4 thighs, 2 drumsticks, and 2 wings. I was going to be ok with it until I started digging into a thigh. It's nothing but soggy skin and gristle with 2 bites of meat. Why is there no quality control in the world anymore? $30 for a bucket of soggy chicken skin and gristle swimming in a pool of oil........Sigh........đą

I ordered 8 piece bucket, extra crispy. Got 1 breast one wing and one leg extra crispy. And the rest was original, legs and 2 thighs. Also did not get macaroni and cheese. Not sure why it is hard to get what was ordered as it is on the sticky list on the bag they give you. Not happy at all!!!

Went through the drive thru. The order they got completely wrong. Ordered the three piece meal all white meat and they didnât happen at all and they charged me for it. Got home and was very disappointed. Wonât be going back to this KFC.
