The lady at the register was super rude and wanted to argue. My family and I have been coming to this location for several years and last two times we have come the girls at the front just give attitude and rush you to order or sigh if you don’t hurry up. We wanted to give this location another chance. But after today we’ll just go elsewhere. We always have gotten our donuts in a box and the lady helping take our order squished the donuts into a small bag when asked if she can put them in a box she said no we don’t put donuts in a box. When we informed her that we’ve been getting donuts for several years in a box she turned around and rolled her eyes and walked away.

At least a day old donuts(taste like more like a few days old) & weird AI ordering through drive through that isn’t accurate so you end up having to reorder fully at the window with employees. They are far too expensive to be such low quality and over run young workers with doing more work with technology than without.

We got here 9:57 when they say the close at 10:00 the night before Halloween and the lights were off and the employees sent us away. Super frustrating and I have a very sad little boy. It looked like there were several other people trying to get in at this time too. It looked like they had been closed for a while as the employees were mopping.

Wanted to try the Halloween Cake Batter and they had a different type of donut in its place, as a fatso I was disappointed and let down.....
Came in for the hot light doughnut special from 7-9 but did not have hot doughnuts running and was pretty rude about it

They have the worst costumer service, I spend minimum 100 dollars a month here.. but while I come to claim my reward they give dirty look as if we are asking it for free! Also my son wanted donuts for his all A+ in his report card, it's not matter of money.. it just makes him feel that he has earned it.. but the way the lady in drive through talked was very rude and disappointing.. will never come back again to this particular branch

Donuts are delicious, but holy crap - update your menu! They didn't have hot lattes, they didn't have cinamon rolls, and they didn't have cake batter, all of which were ON the menu, and they literally have a poster outside advertizing the cinnamon rolls. Like what the heck? Also - TWENTY fricking dollars for a dozen!?!?
