Went to get 2 dozen donuts. As a rewards member my app said buy one dozen get a dozen of original glazed free. I showed them when paying, they would not honor the deal. I left without getting my donuts and won't be back.

Our app had the offer on the FRONT page of the app saying buy a dozen, get a dozen for one dollar. We go just for this and they tell us that the offer isn’t on our account so they won’t honor it, despite us having the app in our hands to show them, it even had my name on it. Plus $17 for a dozen glazed donuts is borderline ridiculous.

Always a good time getting these donuts!! Mind blowing good glazed donuts. Wasn’t able to get them fresh and hot and yet I still loved them. Wish I lived closer. Service needs to pick up though. Place wasn’t cheery or welcoming and they kind of rushed me in and out to have their quiet time back.

As a self-proclaimed Krispy Kreme superfan, I make it a point to stop at one in every state I travel through—and let me tell you, the Sandy, Utah location seriously impressed.
From the moment we walked in, the service was incredibly fast, friendly, and upbeat. The staff were clearly having a good day—and made sure we were too. No grumpy counter vibes here—just smiles, quick turnaround, and a great attitude all around.
And of course, the donuts were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious—everything a Krispy Kreme lover could hope for. There’s nothing quite like seeing that Hot Light on, watching the glaze waterfall do its magic, and then biting into a perfectly warm Original Glazed that practically melts in your mouth.
This location nailed it across the board: top-tier donuts, five-star service, and a perfectly sweet stop on our road trip through Utah. If you’re in the area and need a pick-me-up (or ten), this Krispy Kreme is not to be missed.

Their drive-thru AI is awful, inaccurate, and unhelpful, truly the worst use of this technology and I hope it is pulled. The doughnuts were okay, thus not a 1 star but truly a nightmare store.

New voice operated AI setup for ordering in drive-thru. Made a 5 sec order into a 5 minute struggle. An employee stepped in over the speaker to finish the order. Also, at only 10 am got old, cold, almost stale donuts.

AI drive-thru SUCKS. great way to lose a long-time customer in one visit and indicate to your employees, who are your greatest asset, what they're worth. guess I'll be spending my money at Pinkbox instead, once they're open.

Came in to get my son some donuts cause he loves them. Came in at 11am well past when they should be open and everything is locked like nobody is there. My son is heartbroken and I am very upset.
Update: turns out there is a worker in there, but he is just ignoring all customers. The only reason he came out at all is cause there was a ups guy delivering a package he needed to get. While sitting here i have seen at least ten different cars show up at try to go in. This is the worst experience i have had.
