They don’t have any of the cake donuts anymore. All the donuts are the same ingredients as the glazed donuts and are very airy. I think there are a lot of better donut options.

Their drive-thru AI is awful, inaccurate, and unhelpful, truly the worst use of this technology and I hope it is pulled. The doughnuts were okay, thus not a 1 star but truly a nightmare store.

New voice operated AI setup for ordering in drive-thru. Made a 5 sec order into a 5 minute struggle. An employee stepped in over the speaker to finish the order. Also, at only 10 am got old, cold, almost stale donuts.

AI drive-thru SUCKS. great way to lose a long-time customer in one visit and indicate to your employees, who are your greatest asset, what they're worth. guess I'll be spending my money at Pinkbox instead, once they're open.

Came in to get my son some donuts cause he loves them. Came in at 11am well past when they should be open and everything is locked like nobody is there. My son is heartbroken and I am very upset.

Update: turns out there is a worker in there, but he is just ignoring all customers. The only reason he came out at all is cause there was a ups guy delivering a package he needed to get. While sitting here i have seen at least ten different cars show up at try to go in. This is the worst experience i have had.

Absolutely terrible. My husband was treated so poorly this morning by an employee after he went to pick up an online order. He hadn’t checked his email to see that the order had been canceled due to an error with the app communicating to the store; hey, stuff happens. However, the employee was dismissive of the issue (all she said was that the order had been canceled and walked away, then asked 5 minutes later if he needed something when he was still standing there). She also did not provide any helpful solution, only that she couldn’t give him the sale price he had gotten on the app and left it at that.

We will no longer be visiting this location due to this absolutely abysmal show of customer service.

I came here because it says it closes at 10:30. I came at 8, and the person serving is in a VERY bad mood, that's why Venezuelans feel bad everywhere, shouting that he was going to close the lobby and we couldn't even enjoy our donuts because of the tense atmosphere! It's not my fault that you are alone in the store, I am a customer who is going to purchase a service. The lady was in a very bad mood because more clients entered the lobby and she closed the windows, all upset. If you don't like your job, look for another one, because it really makes the atmosphere tense when we just want to enjoy a donut as a family. Apart from yelling at the employees in front of everyone and saying rude things, which is the last thing

AI DRIVE THRU… the robot had no idea what we were trying to order and just kept changing our words to something they weren’t. We kept getting told that all the doughnuts were out of stock so decided to go inside and they had all of the ones we wanted. It took 3x as long just to try to get the AI to work.

I DoorDashed an order from here, when I got it the doughnuts were stale and hard on top of that I ordered chocolate milk. They didn’t have any so they replaced it with whole milk but when I went to take a sip of it the milk was chunky and was halfway to becoming cheese. I probably won’t order from here again. I could get violently sick if I drank that milk. Stale doughnuts are one thing but chunky expired milk is another

The Orem location is cleaner, has better service and has original glazed donuts fresh. Seems this location has gone down hill.. I'll drive out of my way just for the better service, cleanliness and quality. The windows are dirty and the floor is gross at this location. They need to do something about it and I'll start coming back to this location. In my honest opinion, the franchisee needs to "clean house" or send the staff through some more training.

I came in last week and that was my second time coming the month of February. I decided to give them a chance because they are so close to my job. But both times were horrible. The donuts were super gross and sweaty. And to top it up, the customer service was horrible. A supervisor checked me out and they looked like they hated their job more than anyone I’ve ever seen. And last but not least, both times I went my receipt printed some sort of survey. I know that’s what it was because I’ve filled out surveys for this location before. And instead of giving me my receipt they reprint it so that it doesn’t have a survey on it anymore. If that doesn’t describe bad service, I don’t know what does.
