I called and placed an order for 100 donuts on Monday and they said I could pick it up Wednesday by 4 o’clock but when I showed up, they said they never got an order and Wouldn’t be able to do it. I love their donuts, but this was extremely disappointing because I had an activity planned at 6 PM so this only gave me two hours to figure out what I could do instead.
The shop is clean and the donuts are tasty, and I've always found the crew here to be friendly and helpful. Certain types of donuts will sell out if you come too late in the day, or not-yet-ready if you come too early (I aim for 11am if I can.) Please bring back the lemon-filled glazed ones!

I placed an online order and drove 30+ minutes to pick it up, only to be told that they don’t have donuts, nor will they for a few hours, and my order was cancelled. St the very least, I shouldn’t have been able to place the order.

I really don’t know what to say I think they gave me day old donuts I am Not going back and I think they should refund my $23 it was Saturday morning the machine was Not going and they didn’t have much.

I ordered 8 dozen donuts in advance for an event and had them set to be delivered at 10 a.m. and was notified at 9:25 a.m. that they could not fulfill my order due to the machine being broken with no compensation, just an order cancellation. Now I have an event at 10:30 a.m. and have to pivot to find donuts elsewhere.

Ordered online, was handed a VERY sticky box, and when I got home 3 of the donuts I'd ordered had been replaced with gross apple-filled ones I NEVER would have chosen. Nothing was said. I was never given a choice to replace them with something else and it's a long drive to get there and back. My phone number was right on the ticket placed on the box. It would have been very easy for them to contact me.

This is the second time I came to this store today and both time service and atmosphere is not good.
2nd time I ordered a count of 3 original glassed and they were old, cold, and the bottom of my donuts they had some chocolate glassed from touching with other donuts.
They services is very poor every single time, they were supposed to give me the donuts in a box cause I ordered 3, instead they threw them in a small bag where the glassed can be rubbed off with each other.
Very poor service and poor quality food.
I will not be coming back, we have two other donut shops just two minutes away from this store.

Get you drive through AI crap fixed. Your outside doesn't match your inside and we were way overcharged.

Worker was great, donuts are good, your drive-through ordering voice assistant is awful. It got my order wrong twice, confirmed the correct order twice, and still had it wrong when I got to the window. I'm not buying from you guys until you get rid of the assistant. Use a human who is always working there anyway

I tried the NY cheesecake donut and I could not taste the cheesecake. It tasted just like sugar. Donuts are quite pricey for the size and quality.
