Pizza tastes great but as I was waiting for it to be delivered I checked my phone to see how long and found out it had been sitting on my porch for 10 minutes cooling. Why did no one ring my doorbell or at a minimum send me a text. Instead I got cooler pizza. Can I have my tip back
This location is awesome by far the best Marco‘s location I’ve gone to the friendliness of the staff is 10 out of 10 and these people know how to make food like a professional. It’s made me a returning customer so I think that’s a great thing.

So this is accumulative review over my last four visits since March.
Every time we order, it's not made right, there is spoilage, missing items or putting salads in with hot items making the dressings warm.
We have had credits on our account multiple times and I'm seriously considering disputing my last charge versus ever going back.
It is not that hard to follow directions. If an order says send five cups of dipping sauce and you charge a dollar a piece and then proceed not to send them, that is actually stealing people's money. I don't understand why the lack of attention to detail at this location. And then when you call about it, hahaha, it's just mind-blowing at the lack of respect.
I won't be coming back.

Strike 3 you are out. We gave them 3 tries. Accepting their credits as bribery. But out of the 4 times we ordered, 3 were awful. The first time was a chicken Cesar salad, it had no chicken and brown salad. They credited it back. Round two was a Canadian bacon and pineapple bowl, no pineapple.. The 3rd was great. But today we added 5 garlic dipping sauces at a hefty $5 dollars and we got none. Again we get a $5 credit because I certainly don't want to spend another 20 minutes in my car. But honestly at this point, perhaps our business with them is done.
Bottom line someone there needs to step up. Take ownership. I am positive we are not the only ones.

I spoke with Jacob to fill my order his evening and he was kind and accommodating. I had a bad experience with another SLC area store and the manager did everything in her power to make right of the situation. Food service is SO difficult, finding the right staff and satisfying your customers is hands down one of the hardest industries. I commend Marcos, Taylor the manager I worked with online went above and beyond to help me have another delicious Marcos Pizza, we love this place!

I would like to talk to the manager of tgis marcos. I ordered a pizza and received it wrong then when I was disrespected saying I was hallucinating about what I got over the phone by tge employee I drove to the location and continued getting disrespected. I have it on video if the management would like to see
They always take good care of us.

Picked up a 10$ hot pep magnifico for lunch at work the other day. Excellent tasting pizza, slightly greasy but its pizza. The pepperoni was crunchy and delicious and the parm they put on the crust is top tier as well. Can't get much better for 10$.

Don’t plan on a scheduled delivery. Placed an order for lunch and scheduled for a specific time…. 30 minutes after the delivery time and we still don’t have our pizza…
We eat here at least once a week. on average 5 times a month. We've done so for over 5 years now. We order at least two pizzas, always cheezy bread, cinnamon sticks, wings. you name it. I LOOOVE the team here and how polite they are and helpful. Unfortunately, this review is about the taste of the cheese on our last two orders. The pizzas tasted literally like vomit, and it was from the cheese. As if the cheese was blended with blue or other sort of overly fermented cheese. Not okay. I spoke to the manager, she was kind about it and said she would try to bake a batch with that cheese. But I did not hear back. I'm afraid we're no longer coming to Marco's. This is a quality control issue, and it is a fact that I am now risking losing $50 on food that i have to throw away. Sorry Marcos. Team: you're incredible, but whoever gets you the ingredients needs to have better quality control.
Good pizza. Nice employees. Would be nice if pizza was sliced in equal portions. Last 5 times cut very off center and was very dis-proportionate slices.
