This McDonald’s took all my points at the drive up & I couldn’t get them back 5000 points when I contacted McDonald’s they gave the run around about how I cancelled my order ! Really I paid my $$ and never got my points back watch out they might steal yours.

Im not sure whats going on with the sandy locations but every time I get a mcgriddle theyre SO DRY. They aren't good. Theyre over cooked and hard to eat.

This McDonalds is fine. It's occasionally on my way. The drive thru is lightning fast, but fluctuates friendliness-wise from employee to employee. I've had better McDonald's food (less overcooked fries for example) but it's fine. The inside is sometimes a tad chaotic and messy, but it's big enough that one can typically find a quiet corner to work or a place to play with kids. Not wow but it works.

This location has the worst service. Everytime we order something, it is ALWAYS wrong and cold. It's worth it to go the extra few miles and visit the one on State next to Scheels.

Trash ass workers lol everytime I go they can never ever get the order right. Been told the manger MULTIPLE TIMES GET IT TOGETHER. All she do is laugh . Honestly by far one of the worst McDonald’s In SANDY area
