The portions are horrible, the price is way too high. The service was fair but I would never go back. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone even if you're starving, don't do it, walk across the parking lot to a much better restaurant. This place sucks!!! I want my money back

Ordered the butter noodles. Came with no seasoning, the noodles were mushy, and gross and the service was horrendous. For $50 I would expect more. Love noodles typically, won’t be going back to this one.

Pretty disappointed in the service here. I submitted a catering order for 30-40 people, (portions on the small size, so to claim up to 40 is a STRETCH) 5 days in advance with a pick up time of 11:30 AM. To start, it was not ready on time, and had to wait 20 minutes for it, so it was nearly noon by the time it was ready. Additionally, they forgot an entire catering serving of cheese bread and both dessert trays, a total cost of $67.50 (not including tax). I had to call, drive all the way back and pick it up. I think the food was okay..? But as for the service, it was anything but professional and exemplary. Would not recommend, at least this location.

The food and service was horrible. The workers weren't friendly, they stood and talked while our food sat there for maybe 5 minutes. The people at the table next to us had the same experience. Not impressed, especially for $50. We order to adult meals, and 2 kids meals. Just horrible all around.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!Noodles & Co used to be a favorite lunch spot. I have a restricted diet (gluten-free) and they've had some delicious choices and were very conscientious in their preparation of the food. At some point in the past few months, they apparently discontinued most of the GF options, and redesigned the menu board. it was not clear to me which, if any, kinds of pasta were gluten-free, or what the pricing would be for substitutions. The kid at the counter wasn't much help but finally told me there was one GF pasta. I asked for that with grilled chicken and asked, "which sauces are gluten-free?" The response: "All of them, I think." I ordered one that sounded good, knowing that previously they had at least a couple of acceptable options. He upsold me on extra sauce (I asked the price... The reply: "$1, I think") and rang up the total. I did not purchase a drink or any side items. My meager bowl of macaroni and garlic sauce came up to $19 and change. OUCH! But the worst was yet to come. I ate dinner (which, by the way, was VERY tasty, but certainly not worth $19) and a few minutes later, after leaving the restaurant, I felt the roof of my mouth starting to swell. Fortunately, my gluten sensitivity is not life-threatening, but three days later I'm still in considerable pain. Obviously the sauce was not GF, but the severity of my reaction makes me question whether the pasta was even gluten-free, or if maybe it was severely cross contaminated (cooked in the same water as non-GF product??) NEVER AGAIN!

I'm honestly pretty annoyed walked in and no one was in line and the cashier Andrea proceeded to have me wait 5 mins to place my order, while she did other stuff. Like I just want to order a Mac and cheese. Terrible service

This visit did not impress me. Go to the Fort Union store instead. Overall lack of consistency in food, dirty dining area and bathrooms, and uninterested staff. * we were not greeted when we entered or were at the counter. Just silence until I scanned the menu and ordered * While my go-to favorite was still the Japanese steak bowl, they inexplicably forgot to put actual steak in it -- I had to go request it later once I had started * the floor was dirty, as were the tables. There was only one couple here before us so it wasn't like we had come upon a recent big party or two * the rice krispy treat was overly dry and crumbled when breaking off a piece. It exploded all over the table. They are supposed to be sticky and hold together * bathrooms looked like Putin doing a "special military exercise" * syrups for the self-serve drink machine were low on flavor and many of them out of syrup * three of four staff hanging around the kitchen on their phones

I only give this a 2 star because it was dark and dingy when we walked in. We were not greeted. The floors and tables were dirty. The bathroom was gross! The food was ok. I got the chicken Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce was runny, I had to ask for more because it was dry. I don't plan on coming here again!!!!!!

This location is a MESS. You will wait 30 minutes for food and it won’t even be what you ordered. The employees don’t wear gloves and prepare food after dealing with money and touching around. Seriously these workers are like chickens with their heads cut off. I feel bad because they clearly haven’t been trained and no one is there to help them. I have tried going multiple times to this location and it’s always the same.

I love the chain but this location ain't it. I've had orders messed up several times. Today when I went I sat in the lobby waiting to order for 15 minutes without anyone even coming out to prepare food let alone take my order. Left after that without getting food.

The Draper Noodles has had issues in the past but it's making a comeback. Our meal came out super fast and hot! Jayden was super nice and came and checked on us a couple of times. The place is also noticeably cleaner than it used to be.

Giving 1 star for employee service. Went in an hubby and I ordered. There were only 2 other people in the establishment and 3 employees were working. We ordered our meals and sat down. As we ate a group of 6 entered. One of the workers told the group, we are short staffed so you need to order online. Someone in the party asked if they could dine indoors and it looked like this same employee wanted to say no but he said, well yeah, I guess but you need time to order online. While this group thought about it 2 of the 3 employees stood doing NOTHING!!!! They don't need to worry about being short staffed, this location will close. I observed another couple enter and no one greeted then while employees did NOTHING. Unfortunate

We ordered the small Penne Rosa pasta with Parmesan crusted chicken & Wisconsin Mac & Cheese . We also got 2 drinks . We went to fill up our drinks they only had the Coca Cola Freestyle machine . I don't usually like these soda machines as they don't taste good . They were out of all diet drinks & only have 3 options to choose from . This machine was covered in soda & needed to be cleaned off . I think we should have been told that their machine did not have all the flavors available . The area to get our straws & napkins was messy . We went into the seating area to wait for our food . Most every table was covered in crumbs & food . The floor was dirty with food all over it . Our food was brought out to us & it was hot & good & fresh . I noticed they hadn't given me the Parmesan crusted chicken . I looked on my receipt & was not charged for it. I was disappointed because I love the Parmesan crusted chicken. The Mac & Cheese was good but not very hot . My Penne Rosa had one small piece of spinach in it .Normally it has several pieces. This location had plenty of employees working but most were on their phones & not taking care of the messy restaurant. I probably would not come back to this location as it was so messy .

The food is mainly hit and miss at this location... I always have to order extra sauce because it's always dry...And if anyone is planning on doing a curbside pickup, don't. They never bring it out. The first time, I clicked the "I've arrived" button and I sat in my car for 10 minutes (I even showed up *after* the time my order was estimated to be done because of traffic). I tried calling but the phone just rang. There was absolutely no one in their parking lot so I just went in. I really didn't want to since I had a mild cold at the time. My order was sitting on the pickup counter and there was 4 employees behind the counter just cleaning and talking... I tried a few more times with curbside and it's always the same thing. The employees are pretty nice though, just need to pay more attention to who has curbside and when they arrive...

I watched an employee put fresh spinach in someone's dish with her bare hands and then go and touch things beyond the register. And if that's how she operates then who knows if her hands were even clean when she touched the spinach. I'm not one to leave comments like this but, I've worked in food service and even outside a pandemic, that's not clean. My penne Rosa didn't come with spinach on it which I'm kind of thankful for after seeing what I saw but I wasn't consulted about it. And it was very dry with next to nothing in it besides noodles. Very few tomatoes and mushrooms.Man, I should have read the reviewers.
