Kayla was the one that helped us or rather was checked us out. She definitely didn’t “help” us.
She was snarky and rude and even gave us the wrong cakes( we didn’t realize till we got home bc it was packaged up when we left). 😐
I spent over $70 on cakes and they gave us the wrong ones. Such a bummer.
It was a bad enough experience that I’m going to post about this on my Instagram and tell everyone to only go to Taylorsville where they are actually nice and helpful and kind. Customer service is everything now a days.
I never write reviews or complain. I was super nice to her and she was so rude and horrific even my daughter looked at me and was confused at why this girl was so extremely rude to us.
Hopefully things get better with the customer service at this location.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a Bundt cake through the app and had a misunderstanding. I brought this up and they immediately sent it back to have it fixed. They even gave us a bundlet during the wait too. Thank you!!
