Overall this place is good but I went to get some little bunt cakes for my son's birthday. They gave them to me in a sealed box. I put them on the seat of my car and drove home. I don't t drive in a crazy way and when I got home and opened the box they were all tumbled over on top of each other to one side of the box. When I called that told me that happens if you tip the box to the side which I did not do. I said it may have been a packaging issue which they denied saying they handle them with jid gloves because they know they are unstable. I find this a bit odd since no one said anything to me about how unstable the packaging is when they gave me the box originally. They did ultimately replace it after I insisted I had done nothing that should cause that which I appreciate. I drove the original box back to them and this time they told me to keep it on the floor of my car. My feedback would be to do packaging that isnt some kind of food trap if you're going to sell ten mini cakes for 30 bucks. 4 stars because I shouldn't be set up for failure or blamed for poor packing by the company.

The folks at this location have always been friendly and the cakes are always delicious! Thanks for always exceeding expectations! I love the lemon and confetti cakes. Definitely worth a try if you haven't.

Kayla was the one that helped us or rather was checked us out. She definitely didnāt āhelpā us.
She was snarky and rude and even gave us the wrong cakes( we didnāt realize till we got home bc it was packaged up when we left). š
I spent over $70 on cakes and they gave us the wrong ones. Such a bummer.
It was a bad enough experience that Iām going to post about this on my Instagram and tell everyone to only go to Taylorsville where they are actually nice and helpful and kind. Customer service is everything now a days.
I never write reviews or complain. I was super nice to her and she was so rude and horrific even my daughter looked at me and was confused at why this girl was so extremely rude to us.
Hopefully things get better with the customer service at this location.

I didnāt know I needed a Nothing Bundt Cake in my life at an RSL game, but I couldnāt pass it up! Chocolate Chocolate Chip paired perfectly with a soccer match! I seriously donāt care for cake, but I have a huge weakness for a NBC!
Fun little shop. Lots of cakes to choose. Tons of flavors and sizes. They are a little expensive. You get a free little one during your birthday month.

Love the cakes here. Red Velvet is my favorite. But minus one start for not having utensils. You sell food but no utensil have to buy it in packs. Poor business practice.
