When you order a pick up order and are on time to pick it up and it is over 15 minutes before somebody brings it out to your car that is ridiculous. No apologies no reason why just as simple as here's your food. Why even have us pick a pick up time if you can't have it ready at that time?

Our waitress was not helpful she left me and my partner at our booth for 30+ minutes when i was waiting for my birthday dessert we had to call another waiter to help up. she look at us multiple times and then proceeded to ignore us calling on the device and help other people. and she said i didn’t all of my dinner. #weird. do better

We went here for a birthday party today. Our group was 25 people. We were served quickly, had plenty of servers to help us and they were efficient, professional and polite. We really enjoyed the experience and want to thank Olive Garden for taking such good care of us!

I took my wife to olive garden for our 23rd anniversary today. I don't know why but we got passed over by 3 servers and was confused why we sat for 20 minutes waiting for water. I finally went up to the hostess and asked if she could send someone to our table. I took my wife to olive garden on our first date. The server was nice and we enjoyed the dinner but we didn't understand how our table in the middle kept getting passed by. The salad bowl and plates sat on the table even after we had our main course. We love the olive garden but tonight was a little disappointing!

Worst experience ever. The food took forever to come out. The waitress brought out my soup with other people's dirty dishes next to it, tried to over charge us so I asked to speak to a manager and she threw up her hands with a nasty attitude and said go for it. I will NEVER be going back to this location.

Great place in Sandy, the workers were very pleasant people and they tended to our needs as soon as possible. Food came out in no time either, we waited only 15 minutes at most for everything to do a full circle, would recommend!
