Solid 1 star experience. Pure rice and like 2 pieces of beef 🤣🤣🤣 like $18. I was hoping it’d be good as the one in fashion place mall. That one has the same beef plate except they cover the rice with beef for the same price. This one is like a scam.

I am absolutely furious about the experience I had at your establishment. Not only was my order completely wrong, but I was treated with blatant disrespect by one of your employees. When I tried to explain the issue in Spanish—which should not have been a problem-he refused to communicate in anything but broken English, even though it was obvious he wasn't understanding what I was saying.
I clearly stated what I ordered, yet he kept insisting I had ordered chicken-something I absolutely cannot stand and would never order. As someone who works in fast food myself, I know how simple it is to correct a mistake and treat a customer with basic respect. Instead, I was met with incompetence and attitude.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I will NEVER be coming back-this place has lost a customer permanently.

Way overpriced for mediocre food with zero flavor. I had the teriyaki steak, with veggies and it literally had zero flavor with extra sauce. It’s barely edible. Absolutely disgusting and will not return.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant in the mall. After placing my order, the employee took my payment and, instead of handing me my change, dropped it directly into the tip jar without my consent. When I spoke up about it, the employee completely ignored me and moved on to the next customer.

Not only was this incredibly rude, but it also felt dishonest. Tips should be voluntary, not taken without permission. I was so put off by the situation that I lost my appetite. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will never support this business again.

Came to the mall just to eat at this establishment and they told us they had no rice. Am I the only one that finds it completely unacceptable for an Asian restaurant to run out of rice of all things. I was highly disappointed. If your in a lunch rush and you see that your rice is not going to last all day, why wouldn't someone make more rice?

2 hours ago I ordered two special dishes, the truth, the rice that was very little left. As a regular customer of the store, I took the pleasure of telling him that I was waiting for the new rice and the person treated me rudely after other people had been cordial. Madam, and I lack respect like that, that way is unfair. I think we deserve respect, both one and the other. We are clients. Money is not hard to earn. We can demand good food for our bodies.

The lady that was at the register was really rude and kept on giving my group dirty looks. When we had an accident and spilled a drink we went over to her to ask for napkins and I explained that our table was covered in soda. The lady proceeded to hand me three napkins and rolled her eyes. Customer service at this location is terrible. I had to have my boyfriend go ask for more napkins and the lady seemed even more angry.

Food quality is not great no flavor of teriyaki at all they need to learn how to enhance the flavor of the food! We’re really disappointed if we could only return it we will do it!!!
