Recently found out about this hidden gem located in an industrial park not 10 minuets away from my office. First time I came in I was greeted very warmly. The gentleman answered my questions and I picked up a bottle of their premium bourbon. I enjoyed it enough I came back the next day to pick up a bottle of their honey bourbon. I have to say this distillery does not disappoint!

Conor, our guide, was very friendly and passionate about what he does. You can feel how much he loves distilling during the tour. The spiced rum and coffee rum were my favorites—they had amazing flavors! My husband especially loved seeing the distilling process up close. If you enjoy whiskey or rum, this is definitely a place to check out in Utah!
