My husband and I had a wonderful time at Outlaw Distillery. I surprised him with the visit, and since he's a home brewer, he really enjoyed it. Conor, our guide, was very friendly and passionate about what he does. You can feel how much he loves distilling during the tour. The spiced rum and coffee rum were my favorites—they had amazing flavors! My husband especially loved seeing the distilling process up close. If you enjoy whiskey or rum, this is definitely a place to check out in Utah!

I’m actually a little bummed this was our first tasting experience in Utah because it was SO good. There was not one thing that we tasted that we didn’t like. The honey bourbon, to this day, is the only bourbon I can sip and enjoy, and the spiced rum is fantastic in an old fashioned or by itself. The vodka they have is smooth with no burn at all. The best part of this experience was that you could really tell this is a labor of love, we could see them working as we tasted, see how much they knew about the process and how each product was made, and each product was distilled on sight (which is hard to find!). We plan on coming again and spreading the word about how amazing they are!

Don't let the cover ruin the book. Done several tours of "established" distilleries. Mostly in Tennessee and Kentucky. Was very cool to experience a distillery in it's early stages. Knowledgeable and courteous. Goes to show that with the right moxy anywhere can be a quality Distillery. Bourbon, rum and vodka csn pull there own with any of their "established" competitors.
We've done many brewery tours over the years but this one stood out. Tyler's love for the brewing process and pride in the final result is apparent in his presentation. It didn't feel at all scripted and was engaging throughout. We bought a few bottles for ourselves and a few bottles for friends. Highly recommend the tour and the tasting afterwards.
