This place has always been awesome when we visited. I believe it's been through a management change over the last 5-6 years. We did a tasting/tour with the owner in 2019-ish and the information was amazing. Booze... amazing-er. When we did another tour with the assuming owner, it was still awesome with a different perspective. We loved the information, but we also liked that he was full disclosure about the transfer of ownership without any negative connotations. Great way to run a business. Kudos to this place! Kudos to all and hopefully we make it down there to grab some amazing booze before we move to Florida.

I really appreciated Tyler's tenacity. Producing alcohol in a state like Utah is not an easy feat, and he's doing his best to support other local businesses (loved the honey)! After the tour, I consider Tyler a friend, and would recommend his business to both tourists and locals alike!A cheeky note for Tyler - using anything but pure sugar cane for rum is hypocrisy! Honey Bourbon and Bourbon Whiskey are two of my favorites to sip on. Super awesome to see a local, Utah-based distillery making such quality spirits. Conor is very knowledgeable about the products and will always take the time discussing their product as well. Definitely recommend stopping by their showroom. 10/10.

Rude about parking. "Park in the front. We have to respect our business neighbors." I parked in front of a place not in use. Please really is quite industrial. Not really setup for visiting. Plus verbal attacks when you park. Like, why do you care where I parked? Not friendly. Not setup for visits. Noisy messy industrial garage. Rude staff. Avoid at all costs.

Went on a tour with the head distiller and it was amazing. He was knowledgable, funny and entertaining, keeping the whole tour engaged. His tangents and fun facts were great. After a fact filled and thorough tour of the process, we did the tasting and all of the rums and bourbons were great, we even bought a couple to take with us. I would absolutely recommend this tour to everyone and the liquor.

I dropped in on a whim, and let me tell you, totally worth it. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, which aided in making my decision. The Bourbon is incredibly smooth with the right amount of burn. It's what I'd expect it I'd a bottle twice it's price. 10/10, you have to give these guys a try.
