I called the Sandy store due to getting some bad orange chicken and someone answered a woman and set the phone down and said one second and I sat there listen to them for about 5 minutes and then she picked up the phone and just hung up on me and when i called back I tried to explain why I was calling and she interrupted me and said I can’t take your call right now and just hung up on me in the middle of me trying to explain why I was calling I ended up calling Draper because the sandy location was no help at all. The Draper location was nice enough to resolve the issue for me even tho it wasn’t there location that messed up or responsibility to do so I work customer service and never once have I ever hung up On a customer not once let alone twice

We did the drive through. Food was fresh as we waited for what items we ordered to be cooked, and they ran out. So fresh, and delicious. First time I think my husband said he liked it. Normally his response is it's OK.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered via DoorDash and waited over an hour and 2 Door dash drivers for our food. We eventually cancelled the DoorDash order. How difficult is it? Well, we won't be patronizing this location in the future.
