The Chinese lady in the front is so rude. She is always shouting and is so stingy on food. I asked for half and half on the sides but gave me less than what i was expecting. Im not asking for much but the portion was really something. Also, she rounded off my bill. She just told me I charged you $16 all of a sudden. I was not given a choice if I want to donate or not
I’ve been eating at Panda for long time. This is actually the first time I felt that the cost was not worth it. I’m not generalizing all of the branches but just this one. Also, you cant say she is Asian that is why she seems like she is shouting. I’m also asian and my grandparents from China are not like that.
They really ought to change her position. She should be on the kitchen and not in the front. She doesn’t smile and knows nothing about customer service.

Today I was served by Kiana, she was so nice and welcoming! She was super quick and made sure I got everything I needed. I've been served by her multiple times now and she is who I look forward to seeing whenever I come up to eat on my break. The food was super good as well :)

It is a good place to eat in the US, at least you can have "healthier" food than other chain restaurants and the prices are affordable! The rice is a little bit tasteless but the rest of it pretty good

Today I went to eat at this place with my youngest son, he loves their chicken and I had one of the worst experiences, my baby is autistic and he was super happy because they were serving his favorite food and he started screaming with excitement to which the cook looked at him With a look of contempt I told him to learn to be a person because he doesn't know how to react, he is a child above all. I will never eat here again
