While the food is not bad. It's their treatment to a certain kind of customers of color is a concern to me.

1. They took 40 mins to serve the online order.

2. I was asked last 4 digits of my phone no. How would someone else know the name, if s/he hasn't put the order? I didn't see they ask verification from others.

3. I got notification on my phone that food is ready. But, it wasn't it wasn't until 10 minutes later, after me enquiring they prepared my order.

Not a good experience I must say.

They will charge you for food and fail to give it to you. And there is no way to call them, they only accept feedback through their online portal. Double check all your food before you leave!!!

The food like always, actually can’t complain too much. The service was really slow for a Sunday Lunch Time, you can’t put just 2 servers on a busy day (I guess so) and your cashier a old lady who can’t run with the deliveries and the food court orders, I’m giving 3 stars overall and I’m being grateful

I hate to leave a bad review for Panda Express, but the food I was given today was disappointing enough that I was drawn to write this. I ordered two identical plates with chow mein, beijing beef, and orange chicken. To start, the portions were significantly smaller than is typical of Panda. The bigger issue however, was that all of my food was cold and tasted old. I ordered my food around 11:30, so there is no reason for everything to taste as though it had been out for multiple hours. In addition to that, my noodles had multiple large burnt bits that looked as though they had been stuck to the bottom of the pan for hours.

The staff seemed fine, but it’s really upsetting to see food I typically enjoy served like that. I don’t plan to visit this Panda location again unfortunately.

We went here thinking we were gunna be able to enjoy out food. When we were ordering they barely put any food in my bowl. The workers were very rude and as you can see smashed our cup. They weren’t giving us anything without us having to ask multiple times. They didn’t us a bag or straws or forks. The workers were very rude and I hope they can fix this problem because it was unacceptable.

The Chinese lady in the front is so rude. She is always shouting and is so stingy on food. I asked for half and half on the sides but gave me less than what i was expecting. Im not asking for much but the portion was really something. Also, she rounded off my bill. She just told me I charged you $16 all of a sudden. I was not given a choice if I want to donate or not

I’ve been eating at Panda for long time. This is actually the first time I felt that the cost was not worth it. I’m not generalizing all of the branches but just this one. Also, you cant say she is Asian that is why she seems like she is shouting. I’m also asian and my grandparents from China are not like that.

They really ought to change her position. She should be on the kitchen and not in the front. She doesn’t smile and knows nothing about customer service.

Today I was served by Kiana, she was so nice and welcoming! She was super quick and made sure I got everything I needed. I've been served by her multiple times now and she is who I look forward to seeing whenever I come up to eat on my break. The food was super good as well :)

Panda Express has the amazing noodles with the teriyaki chicken I love this place and they have this sauce that they use with it I can't remember what it's called but it sure is good!
