I'm not sure it's the location but this is the worst pizza I've ever had. It's been about 3 months since I ordered from this shop. I've never been disappointed except for tonight. A medium looks like a small. I ordered original crust and got what appears to be between thin and original. The crust was like eating cardboard and it didn't cook up like I'm used to with a PM pie. I'm very disappointed that the quality has gone in the toilet.

THE PIZZA SPECIAL FOR 8.99 was such a bust terrible is the only way to explain it. HARDLY ANY VEGGIES THE CRUST SO SO THIN I AM SO DISAPPOINTED I just order a Pizza today hoping that this was a fluke ONCE AGAIN VERY DISAPPOINTED and this was the special for Tuesday so paid 4.00 more and once again hardly any toppings . I have in the past loved papa murphys I will now find somewhere else to get pizza

Went in with my sister on a Saturday and the owner was working. We had a great conversation and the pizza was awesome. Would highly recommend. Great service.

This is a family favorite! We lovvvve the thin crust Greek pepperoni. Staff is friendly, always ontime with our orders, and very accommodating with changes.

I’m astounded. Absolutely astounded when I called and talked to the manager just now and told him the last two times that we ordered pizza from him. We ended up throwing it out. The barbecue chicken would leave huge chunks of basically unchewed cheese in our mouth and the sauce was terrible. That’s happened the last two times and do you know what he said and I “well all right then“ and he hung up. I will never order from this Papa Murphy’s before and we’ve been buying there for years. Haven’t been always so satisfied. It was our favorite place.
I can’t believe a manager would say “all right then“ and hang up when I told him we threw out two family size pizzas the last time we ordered because the pizzas were so terrible. I would stay away from this place. They certainly don’t deserve anybody’s business because if they make a mistake or whatever the manager just does not care. Most likely, I will end up calling corporate and making a complaint of how unprofessional he was.

I ordered 7 pizzas online for a party.
When I got there I noticed that I had made a mistake on one of them, and made a sigh in my disappointment in myself. The manager heard my sigh and asked if something was wrong on the pizza and before I could even tell him that it was my fault he was offering to help. When I explained that I meant to order the same thing, but in a larger size, he was more than happy to make me another with a smile on his face.
I think his name was mason, but it has been a couple days since then.
But shoutout to mason and the customer service he provided!
He deserves a raise.
