Walked in in the only one In the store. 1 person manning the front at 615pm on Tuesday one of their busiest days while 4-5 other employees sat in the back chatting.Within a minute of my order 5 more people walked in but none of the 4-5 employees in back came up to help so the 1 loan guy I. Front has to take all 5 other orders before finally starting mine.What should have been a in & out stop for 1 simple pizza took nearly 20 minutes because the employees in the back decided they didn’t need to help despite 6 door chimes and a lobby full of customers.There’s lots of other low reviews matching my experience. The management of this location needs to either staff better or start holding the lazy teenagers they seem too keep around despite the multiple complaints about wait times accountable.How much business is this location loosing because of long waits lazy employees combined with over priced pizza!$17 for a pepperoni pizza that I have too cook too? I can pay half that and get it cooked / cut from their competitors. They have no room for lousy customer service at these prices but it continues to be a common complaint at this location

Lots of staff just standing around although we couldn’t place an online order for immediate takeout. Rude and unaccommodating cashier and manager when a substitution for sauce was requested. Valid coupons were not honored either. The system then prompts us to leave a generous tip at the end. How about I leave this review as your tip instead?!

The staff member that took my order initially forgot to omit one of the items from my pizza, but he immediately corrected it. I was surprised at how professional he was. I'm grateful for the excellent service and will be revisiting this location in the future. Thank you.

Kudos to Sarah for preparing the best keto pizza I have ever had from a Papa Murphy’s Pizza. The combination of meat, cheese, and veggies was in exact portions. So satisfying and delicious. Thank you for excellent service, snd all done with a smile. ?

I got more than $17.00 for unbaked pizza. He never explained to me that i need to baked it. He just charged my credit card and after that he told me that they dont have oven to bake it.. 17.00 dollars for uncooked pizza that was scam

Service is very poor, workers ended up forgetting half my order and did not compensate for any sort of refund or free dessert. Pizza is alright, very overpriced for how small the calzones are though.

Best customer service and pizza. The sweet girl, behind the cash register and the sweet one making the pizza were both very friendly. The pizza looked fantastic and when cooked, tasted great.Vegetarian options: Delicious!

Would love to tell you about my experience if they were open the hrs they post on line till 9pm. Drove down from south salt lake to find them closed at 830pm. Disappointing to say the least.
