Food here was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is by far one of the best fast casual restaurants I've been to. One note tho the noodles are not the same as lo mein noodles. The noodles here are just plain noodles. I'd suggest going with the fried rice if you're going to pay extra.

Came in at 8:30, open sign turned off. Walked in staff treated us like we were an imposition. Too busy for us. Staff very focused on cleaning up to close at 9:00. If looks could kill....we would be dead. They even turned the dining room lights off and on while we were eating. It's a shame that we were treated so poorly. The good news is our server loves to singing loudly to Taylor Swift. Ugh

The lady running the front was awesome but we ordered noodles and it was plain spaghetti not cooked in sauce very lazy. :( The lettuce wraps were the same way they use to be so good now it’s not worth ordering. Kung pow was good minus the spaghetti. Fried rice was good donut holes good.

Pei Wei on Bandera in Helotes is THE BEST!! Love coming on lunch dates here with my daughter! The spicy drunken noodles are delicious and the food is always hot and fresh. The employees are super friendly and helpful!

The service was incredible! Our server made sure our take out bag had plenty of sauce and extra fortune cookies. The food was a great quick meal that was filling. It wasn’t as spicy as we were hoping for but it was a good lunch nonetheless.

I came here a few times and ordered same thing with no problem but today when i ordered chicken salad and soup, i got food poisoning from one of them. I am typing this 2:30 AM in the morning after many vomit and diarhia. Please tell your staff to cook the chicken properly!

Had the Kung Pow and Honey sear chicken. Wow flavor explosion in my mouth. Both were great. Good friendly service. Ordered on line. Was ready when promised.
Ordered shrimp but received chicken instead which is a big deal because I eat halal only.

I have been to this location with my girl and our kid multiple times and all I gotta say is this time was the best one. Trevor was a great staff and greeted us and even talked about the new hot honey chicken(spicy but fire)🫱🏻🫲🏽he’s very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. I don’t come here often cause it’s out of the way but every time I’m near by it’s forsure somewhere well go to 🙂↕️Thank you Trevor 🫱🏻🫲🏽
