This was my first time having Pinned Coffee and I highly recommend this place! Jen is such a kind person and made me feel very welcomed. She was very upbeat and seemed to really enjoy what she does. Most coffee places I go to, the baristas just take my order and that’s that - no small talk, no sense that they enjoy being there. Jen is a rockstar! I will be going back to this location!

this place is great and i love the baristas and food, but the barista with the green pokémon backpack is away from the kiosk very often, has trouble remembering orders, and is quite ignorant.
update - they ended up coming after 15 minutes, and got my order wrong

When Jen works she is so amazing always making sure she gets my order correct! I’m not sure who was working today but she was watching tv the entire time and had her headphones in. She didn’t even end up getting my order right. She showed no manners.. I was the one telling her to have a good night. don’t know who this worker is but they really need some customer service training.
The barista Jen is amazing I go to pinned almost every lunch break she always has a smile and is genuinely happy to serve. I always ask for her to suprise me with a random redbull kicker and it's exquisite everytime. My favorite so far has been a mix of Irish cream and lime.

But what really sets them apart is their amazing Red Bull drinks. They always have creative and delicious daily specials. Every combination I’ve ever tried has been incredible. Whether you need a caffeine boost or a refreshing pick-me-up, they’ve got you covered.
And let’s talk about the gelato… absolute perfection! It’s the perfect sweet treat to go with your drink. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly. If you haven’t been to Pinned Coffee yet, you’re seriously missing out!
