Horrible location… Go anywhere but here! I have ordered from this location for over 25 years. But the past 2 to 3 years the service and quality have gone way down! Pizza arrives doughy, or room temperature. In December, we ordered a pizza and when it finally arrived, it was not even our order… It was someone clear up on 1700 E. Called the store and some guy answered who was so rude and did not care at all what happened. He just said they’d remake my order, which they did, but again, it was delivered cold! Ordered pizza tonight, never received it! Called the store twice to speak with someone and was hung up on twice without ever getting to speak to a live person. Issues we’ve had in the past, managers have emailed me and promised me 10 or $20 credits… Those credits never appeared in my account. We are done! We will never order from this place again and you shouldn’t either! If I could give -5 stars I would.

everytime i doordash from this place they always end up taking way too long and then just completely cancel my order, when i try to reach out to team member i get absolutely nowhere, no answers, no nothing. don’t know if this is all pizzahuts, but it’s extremely frustrating and it’s not the first time it has happened to me or other paying customers from the looks of these reviews….

My order was not delivered, and when I called to ask about it I was told it was the delivery companies fault and that I can only get store credit over the phone and I would have to go in to the store to get a refund.

Came in to pick up the ONLY ready carry out order. I had to wait probably 10 minutes for the dude working to even give me my order. Staffing is terrible everywhere, but the dude was extremely rude and condescending checking me out. He also never wore gloves while prepping any order, and never washed his hands between ingredients, orders, or raw versus cooked food. I called him out on his attitude and then he just fought with me. I will never use this location again. Food was decent, but I don’t trust that staff follows health code, and they don’t care about minimal decent customer service.

I ordered a thin and crispy crust cheese pizza, a hand tossed ham and cheese, cheese bread and Cinna sticks. Literally everything in the order was either undercooked or wrong. Tried calling and submitting customer service feedback and nothing

The service worker was one fo the rudest people I have met. The guy working should be fired immediatley and sent to a rehab for jerks. The food was made average, not hot enought by the time it was given to me.

Literally the grossest pizza hut I have ever been to. My pizza came back cold, I ordered extra sauce, and there was literally little to no sauce on it, I got the three meat pizzas, and it had no three meat. The chicken Alfredo pasta did not have lids on them, and they came in a box. So disgusting. Would NOT order from this location. What a waste of $33.57 bucks.
Every time order at this location something if not everything is wrong . After the garbage I received tonight I'll go out of my way to avoid getting pizza from here.

I had aa take out and I asked if I can have half cheese half buffalo chickens and the man was soo sweet and kind and considerate I really like this Pizza Hut place this was the best Pizza Hut costumer service rah k you for your kindness
Place my order but I never received it. They now used DoorDash for all their deliveries which is very unfortunate. Because apparently the DoorDash driver took the order and never delivered it. I had to contact DoorDash to try and get my money back, even though I ordered through Pizza Huts web site. Doordash tried to reach out to the DoorDash driver, but now they're unresponsive. So yeah, bad move on Pizza Hut's part to use DoorDash as a delivery service. The person at Pizza hut was nice and this is clearly a DoorDash issue and a corporate issue with Pizza hut.
