NO ANSWERS THE PHONE! They put you on hold for 5 minutes then hang up. Had to make an alteration to my order and it was literally impossible. So sad how far Pizza Hut has fallen.

I never used to like Pizza Hut and haven’t had it for years. I gave it another try and was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the bbq chicken pizza

Some workers with really bad attitudes over here. I’ve tried leaving tips for the workers and they almost always seem annoyed that it’s not more. I just ordered a pizza and requested the crust be cooked well done, and since they never acknowledge my tips before or just seem annoyed to give me my order I didn’t leave a tip. I think that bothered them because they scorched the top of my pizza and left the bottom of the pizza under cooked. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location anytime soon.

The food was great. However they did forget to put the pesto drizzle onto one pizza we ordered, which was the third topping I ordered on a 3-topping pizza. But the staff was friendly, and the pizzas were ready on-time without any other errors on our order. I would come back and order here again.

This Pizza Hut is a balding Waldo. I'll explain. You know as a guy ages, he becomes balder and balder? It's the same with this Pizza Hut. Years ago you got plenty of toppings. Yesterday, we hardly got any toppings. There was a lot of space for more pepperonis. They couldn't even give us a combover worth of them.
Moreover, we got a pesto pizza. There was no pesto on the pizza. We got extra sauces that we paid estra for, and they weren't there either.
Now the Waldo comment. We got the Cheesy bites pepperoni pizza. The cheese in the stuft crust was harder to find than Waldo. The pepperonis were a little easier to find, but not by much.
Now for the taste. For years Pizza Hut was right that no one out pizzaed the Hut. The taste was great. Yesterday, the pizza tasted a little worse than a Digornos. I went and looked at a Joshua Weisman Pizza Hut video afterwards, because you can get most of the ingredients for what we paid.
I did give them two stars cause the parmesean wings were fricken good. They did win there. The wings also got the bad pizza taste out of my mouth.
It's unlikely I'd go back to the Balding Waldo pizzareria. I think only nostalgia and curiosity would get me back. The taste definitely didn’t, except for the wings.
Dude argued with me over what I was ordering and was telling me it was offered in multiple options when I was reading directly what it said off the menu on the counter. Came off very condescending to the point where I almost walked out. I’ve saw past reviews that say the same thing and I’m going to guess it’s the same guy. Judging by the reviews of this location, the owner won’t do anything but maybe it’s time to address the staffing issues.

FYI: this critique is not concerned with this particular location, but the brand in general. The quality of the pizza at Pizza Hut is just not the same as when I was a kid. It used to be delicious and I would have no qualms about reheating it next day. This last order, I had a hard time even getting the fresh stuff down. It makes me very sad.

Horrible location… Go anywhere but here! I have ordered from this location for over 25 years. But the past 2 to 3 years the service and quality have gone way down! Pizza arrives doughy, or room temperature. In December, we ordered a pizza and when it finally arrived, it was not even our order… It was someone clear up on 1700 E. Called the store and some guy answered who was so rude and did not care at all what happened. He just said they’d remake my order, which they did, but again, it was delivered cold! Ordered pizza tonight, never received it! Called the store twice to speak with someone and was hung up on twice without ever getting to speak to a live person. Issues we’ve had in the past, managers have emailed me and promised me 10 or $20 credits… Those credits never appeared in my account. We are done! We will never order from this place again and you shouldn’t either! If I could give -5 stars I would.

everytime i doordash from this place they always end up taking way too long and then just completely cancel my order, when i try to reach out to team member i get absolutely nowhere, no answers, no nothing. don’t know if this is all pizzahuts, but it’s extremely frustrating and it’s not the first time it has happened to me or other paying customers from the looks of these reviews….
