This is the first pizza I've had for the last 6 months that taste like when I was in Italy. These pizzas are delicious.

Staff was friendly, and the service was quite quick. Easy in and out quick lunch if you wanted it to be or you could sit and chill in the eating area for a while too. Got the Vietnamese bánh mì special one and that surprisingly tasted like the sandwiches I’ve had in Vietnam.

First of all my order was picked up 53 minutes ago 11/21, the drive home was 40 minutes with traffic. I would think you would expedite accurately BUT in fact you got one of the 2 pizzas right. The HUGE issue is one veggie one, Verdure was correct and the other one ordered was a Limone pizza. However, you sent one with MEAT, Italian prosciutto, as we are both vegetarians and one allergic to mushrooms. See the problem here? I have tried to call your phone number but it states to leave a message when #3 is pressed but it disconnects each time. I want to know how to follow up with you and correct this issue; Please reach out to me ASAP, I have the slip with Jeff W. as the server and I would be happy to share the menufy order number and get this issue corrected quickly. I tried to place a mobile order twice and the site said it was unable to process. My card was charged both times, so I went in and ordered in person. When initially speaking with the staff, they did not understand what we were asking, and then walked away. Another woman came over and was further unable to assist with the double charges. They didn’t have a number for corporate, and when asked for their stores number, they stated the number was not functional. We asked multiple times for any sort of number of any person who could help with refunds and they were unable to provide us any information. The staff seemed extremely confused, and not at all knowledgeable about their own company. When I got my pizza, it was rushed and tiny. I had no desire to interact any further with their absolute asinine staff, so I took my food and left. I gave two stars because one would be unfair to the quality of the food, but any more would be more than the experience deserved. If there is anyone from management or corporate reading, the best takeaway would be to either give your staff more support and have a manager on shift at all times, or give them the information they need to do the bare minimum.
Be aware the delivery is serviced by 3rd party. I didn’t see that anywhere on the website Delivery estimate of 6:01-6:25. It’s 6:54 and no pizza. Estimated at 7:09 as of now. I tried calling to just pick it up but they haven’t answered after multiple attempts.

Ordered take away through an app the website for the restaurant promoted, and when I went to pick up the food the food was lukewarm, and there was minimal enthusiasm in delivering the food to me at the counter, as well as I had to remind them of a couple missing items in the order. Seems to me quality is deteriorating (as is the case in many places nowadays).
