Traveling and wanted a quick eat. Place caught my eye. When ordering, communication could have been better. Not familiar with the method of ordering and the staff seemed unenthusiastic to listen. Tried the cubano. It was a very good sandwich but slightly too oily. Pricing and size were both good. Very filling.

Potbelly’s in Sandy is one of my go-to spots for a quick, satisfying meal. The food is always fresh, the service is fast and friendly, and the place has a clean, welcoming vibe.
But the real star here is the Chicken Club. It’s seriously one of the best sandwiches around—perfectly toasted bread, juicy grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh toppings. Every bite is packed with flavor, and it never disappoints.
If you’re in the area and haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. Highly recommend!

This is the most slept on place for a sandwich. my personal favorite is the pizza melt and in my opinion it’s in my top 3 of sandwiches of all time. I need to come here more often because I forget how good it actually is until I come here and I never regret it. I would recommend this place to anyone

I ordered 4 sandwiches online for pick up. When we got back to the office two sandwiches were exactly as they were described on the menu online and two were just meat on bread, zero toppings. I called to tell them our order was incorrect. !st employee I spoke with did not seem to care at all so I asked for the manager, "he's busy call back in 20 mins". Ok. Called back 30 mins later and Alex, the manager, told me that you have to "build out" the sandwich and add what toppings you want. I replied well sir your menu online describes in detail what comes on your Italian sandwich and like any other sandwich shop you expect it to have what is described on the menu. He disagreed. So I said that's strange, two of the sandwiches came exactly as described with all the toppings and all I did was point and click, the other two came meat and bread only, NOT as described on the menu. So it's normal to click on an already built out "Italian" sandwich but then have to click on ad these toppings that are already listed on the men, but not on the other sandwiches we ordered? His response, yes totally normal. Not once did he offer to rectify this in any way. I was not looking for a handout, just what we ordered the way it was described on their menu. I will NOT be going back to this establishment ever now. Zero starts on customer service if I could.

This is the best sandwich shop around!! I wish there were more locations, but it's totally worth the drive. The sandwiches are always toasty and made with love. The hot peppers are a must!! Can't recommend this place enough. All staff is friendly but Ethan sure does make the experience even better.

The restaurant has an old vibe to it! We did the turkey combo which is a great deal for what you get. It tasted so good I recommend the peppers for a kick! We loved it would definitely go back
