I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel like I really had to in this case. I went in yesterday for dinner since it’s in the way home and the food was great, restaurant was super clean, everyone was very on top of cleaning their area, and staff was super friendly even when they were busy. The girl at the first station was very helpful and the two guys were also very patient and made really helpful suggestions. The guy with stickers on his face helped me sign up for perks and was very knowledgeable about how the app worked so I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend 😊

It was my first time coming in. The food was really good, the recommendations the kid with sticker on their face were great. everyone was super polite and the music in the store was also really nice. it definitely added to the atmosphere of the restaurant.

this is the worst potbellys , everytime i come here the customer service is awful and the employees are so rude. this is the 3rd time ive came here while the same girl with short hair and star stickers on her face is so rude for no reason and has zero customer service skills.

They were out of toppings and ended up missing the hot peppers I ordered. So I had a cheese, avocado, onion sandwich 🙄 Also, the prices are way to high for what you get. I payed almost $17 for half a gross sandwich and a milkshake. I’ve noticed portions have gotten smaller too. Rip off go somewhere else.

Another chain restaurant in Utah located just off the freeway by the South Town Mall. Clean and well lit .. spacious and not overcrowded. Friendly employees. Fresh ingredients .. way fresher than Subway. Tasty sandwich with good proportions of meat, cheese and condiments. Hot, rich soup is delicious as well.
A little too pricey for an every day meal.

I paid $17 for a steak sandwich and there was basically nothing on it. They forgot the cheese and put a few tiny pieces of steak on it. Ordered through a delivery app so I couldn’t ask for anything. Such a ripoff for a piece of bread. Also didn’t get any napkins.

Potbelly’s is one of my favorite sandwich shops around! Walking in you are greeted and met with a smile. The customer service and quality of the sandwiches are unmatched! The Avo-Turkey sandwich (my go to) is to die for. The amount you are given as well is appropriately priced. There is a lot of seating inside and out of the store. Very clean!

Not impressed with this restaurant. Some cashiers do not even know how to ring up the $7.99 combo. On the front door, it says 7.99 combo and does NOT list which sandwitches are included and which ones are not. When i clearly told the cook i wanted the $7.99 combo and asked for the Avo turkey he did NOT clarify that only certain sandwitches qualify. The cashier probably took 10 minutes trying to ring up my meap that was not 7.99 but $13. The person who made my sandwitch said that he would adjust it. He did NOT tell me that it is $3 extra for avocado. The sandwitches that are 7.99 are in such small print that you can hardly read it. Not impressed!
I just wanted to say your cubano sandwich is probably the best I've ever had. I'll be seeking Potbelly every time I come to Sandy.

We Love Potbellys in Sandy. They have great sandwiches and my daughter loves their shakes. I got the Avo Turkey Sandwich which was excellent. They use real avocados and a good amount of turkey. My daughter got the chicken and chicken sandwich and she loved it as well. This is a go to spot.

Ordered through the app and received room temperature sandwiches missing multiple ingredients. A pizza sandwich with no meatballs (immediately noticed something was off, because the sandwich was paper thin), skimping on meats, and horribly put together. Absolutely horrible experience. Tried calling the store as instructed 6 times between Saturday and Monday and they NEVER answered the phone. My only options for a proper refund are to physically go to the store, or to dispute with my bank since I didn’t receive what I paid for. What an absolute joke.
If they’re not double checking sandwiches to catch a really obvious mistake before they go out, I’d be horrified to see what else they’re overlooking.
Will be contacting corporate about their refusal to answer phones, as it’s the only way to report an issue.
