I ordered ahead on the potbelly website and there was no option to order chips only on the screen that I was bringing up . I had to order chips and a drink, and I did not want both so when I got to the restaurant, I asked if I could add chips onto my Mobile order and the redhead at the register told me I needed to wait in a line of over 10 people before I could get my chips. He was arguing with me about how you can order just chips on the site. instead of just letting me buy the chips really quick he ended up begrudgingly and almost as a guilt trip giving me a free bag. Basically humiliating me in front of all those people in the restaurant. Horrible service. that kid should be fired. I don’t say that very often, but that was horrible. That person should not be in the service industry. Also, they put my order on white bread instead of a wheat bread multigrain

These guys take great care of me. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. They love making sure your sandwich is just right. I love Potbelly's. If you like a little kick, get the spicy peppers. You'll love them on your sandwich. I really look forward to their further expansion in our state. Hope they come to my neck of the woods so I don't need to travel so far to take care of my hunger!

I ordered two sandwiches and two shakes at 8:25 pm tonight. Drove there from SLC only for them to tell me they were out of milk and couldn’t make the shakes. (I wonder if that actually means “we are about to close and don’t want to do our job and make shakes”). Maybe if you notice that an online order comes in and you are “out of something” call the customer and save them a trip. And maybe have some empathy instead of acting like I should have known and being annoyed. I understand wanting to get off quicker but you are there clocked in so I don’t understand why you would not do your job or try to communicate.

My fiance and decided to try a new sandwich shop. We used door dash and decided to stay in for the night. We had to wait a little longer then we wanted, but good God it was worth it! 2 foot long turkey sandwiches and I swear they were a solid 3 lbs for the 2. My fiance and I were amazed by the size alone! We both were barely able to eat half. The food itself were some of the best we had. Forever a new fan will recommend to everyone who hasn't tried them. Can't wait to try something different next time.
