Terrible experience. First off, Caniac combo is almost $20 with an extra sauce which is insane for chicken fingers. Secondly, they got my order wrong, I didn’t get the extra sauce I had to pay for and I only got 4 fingers instead of six. Not to mention the line was short and it still took 15 minutes to get my order. Not planning to go back.

Both of my sandwiches were incorrect smh. Usually they get it correct but the last few times they always seem to get at least one thing wrong. I hope they can take the steps to fixing whatever the problem is

This place, has to train their supervisors and managers, if you’re a parent with teens looking for a part time job, ask them not to apply here at this Canes location in Sandy. They will be treated like garbage, they won’t get breaks, they will get long hours and sometimes they will have to work by themselves while the supervisor is chatting with her boyfriend, on top of that they make you feel like you’re worthless swearing at you! I need someone from corporate to call me!I have already filled the online request to be contacted. There is my email and my phone number.

Love Cane's I do wish they would at least come out with a spicy chicken. Only complaint ever about Canes is no matter how many pieces of chicken you get you only get 1 sauce. Sauce cant be your money maker, at least offer 2 with a 4 piece or more

Great people working but found this in my chicken sandwich. I hope they choose to be more cautious on what’s being put into food being served I’ve never had this happen and hope for it to never happen again. Disgusting and caused me to lose my appetite.
Long line in the drive up, but the staff ran it through quickly. One of the most pleasant window workers I've encountered.

We lovvveee raising caines. It is soo good and the chicken is soo crispy and juicy. I love the bread! It is so fresh and you can definitely tell it's fresh and made daily! Mmmmm don't get me started on the sweet tea and lemonade! I sometimes come here just for the Arnold palmer! It is AMAZING!
