We ordered our food and ate in the restaurant. The food was so good! The place was a little dirty and had some issues with the pricing not being accurate. Otherwise a great experience.

First time customers of Rancheritos and bought 2 “Crazy” breakfast burritos and they show on the menu that there should be eggs and cheese in it, all we tasted was chorizo, potato’s hardly any ham.. oh, did I mention the hair? in my burritos?? The chorizo was dry but amazingly the burritos tasted okay overall but doubt we will ever go back…. Not very friendly either…

I post this with a disappointment and sadness. We have been customers of this location for many many years. We order from this restaurant 1-2x per week. On average we spend about $50-ish plus I always tip generously every single visit. Unfortunately, tonight will end our business patronage. I ordered a carne asada bowl with no beans, no rice, and no pico. I was told that’s not possible, I kindly assured the woman taking the order I do not expect to receive more meat or to pay a lower price. I expressed my son only eats the meat and would be happy to pay the full price just minus the extra things. I made it clear I am just fine with the same amount of steak. I was told no they won’t do that and I said, that’s unfortunate because we come here a lot and spend and for years. We will no longer be patrons there and will take our business to their competitors Beto’s that moved in a few months ago about 1.5 miles away. Hate to end such a long time relationship over throwing a little carne in a bowl with out extra stuff. Perhaps no one there owner or staff that truly cares, but alas here we are.

DON'T eat here!! Horrible. The crispy tacos were so hard it was inedible, and the refried beans were GREY!! The worst Mexican food I've ever had! Not to mention the chips were burned to a crisp and tasted like dirty grease. My BF's food was just as bad, avoid the extremely watery taco salad. The workers were just as bad as the Food!

They don't honor their stamp cards from their location and they lie to you about promotions and discounts.
The food here is great, we love the carne asada fries burrito. The prices are really good as well. The place just needs a little bit of a facelift. It definitely looks old and the bathroom isn’t the most clean.

Me and my best friend went there and the food was disgusting. Terrible meat yet they claim it was made only a few hours ago dry and chewy, asked for no pico and they put nothing on our burritos. The customer service was terrible as well. They were so rude when we first pulled up. And when I tried to call them very nicely might I add they were dismissive and did not care. He seemed like it was my fault he made the food so awful. I have always loved rancheros because of their giant gurthy THICK burritos. Let me tell you how small these burritos were they were smaller than my hand. smaller than an ant, smaller than a fly on the wall of that dingy place. They put my pickled carrots in a bag that I could not even open without ripping the whole thing open. I was PARCHED as one may say, so I decided I wanted something to drink. I wanted a Sprite and lo and behold, The sprite was four whole dollars and let me tell you the size of that sprite was not worth that amount of money. Let’s just say, I’m not mad! Just disappointed.

I have never been inside but it is our go to for take out burritos. I always get the bacon breakfast burrito and the carne asada. Both awesome!!!
The food here always taste amazing and that’s why I continued to come here but the staff will lie if you give them cash and not give you proper change many times I have given them money for them to give me no change and say it barley covered which I know is not true the lady is extremely rude and extremely hard to communicate with even though at the window she speaks pretty clear English I use to love this place but it has gone completely down hill they also lie about how much extras cost they will tell you a certain amount and by the time you get to the window the price is much more I’m super disappointed because I obviously don’t plan on going back any time soon. This restaurant is also not clean and doesn’t follow good sanitation the cooks almost never wear gloves I see them touching and cross contaminating lots of food hopefully they can get this place back to where it use to be and I might actually go back.
