Staff very rude an old man and women started yelling and insulting we asked for a normal carne Asada fries and they got us shredded with alot of vinegar and onions etc horrible service food and atmosphere it really hurted my belly not recommended

The food was terrible! I told them I didn't want too much grease/fat on the meat, I believe they put lard on it, that's the worst type of fat for me, I'll never buy food at Rancherito's!

The food is okay but this is the second time in a row I have gone and paid for sour cream and guacamole and didn't get a drop of it. For a 15 dollar burrito you need to get it right. Do not order the crazy burrito, they will not put any eggs in it and it will be a giant block of overcooked chorizo, however my dog did like it. I will not be returning to this chain ever.

Overall a fairly good experience. Just your run-of-the-mill little bit more authentic Mexican food. Drive you did take a very long time and there was only one car ahead of us but it was late so I guess that can be expected but again it was just one car. Access though is kind of a pain if you don't know right where to turn your left driving this crazy route through the adjoining parking lots. So not a very good location, you can easily see it from the street but not easily get to it.

So I got five real tacos with extra guacamole it was almost $12 and my mom got two enchiladas with rice she got more on her butter then I did on mine and I paid the same price plus there was ice in her lettuce on her enchiladas like I don't get how they can charge this much I don't even know how to speak anymore this just makes me mad

Not the Rancheritoās standard. Iāve been to a few and the food is always decent enough that I enjoy it. Never been to this location so I donāt know if this is customary, but the food didnāt taste good and was off. I kept having to set aside chunks of food. Staff couldāve been more polite as well. Will steer clear of this location.

Well Iāve always eaten here and had no complaints. Until this last experience, there was a piece of metal in my burrito. It looks like a staple. Good food, and I understand accidents happen but thatās a little off putting for sure.
