My smoothie was not smooth at all. Could not even get a sip to come out of the straw and if I did it was just ice or chunks of fruit...when spending $7 on a small smoothie it is really frustrating for it to not be blended, it was not even busy at the time we went there was really no reason to rush. The pretzel bites are also not a good value, they put the cheese in the container and give you maybe 6 bites so youre spending almost a dollar a pretzel bite which is wild. Not thrilled with this location

Their peanut butter blast is more yummy than Jamba Juice peanut butter mood drink.

Ordered two 24 ounce acai bowls. Received two 16oz bowls in 24 Oz containers, neither of which had actually been blended and still had massive chunks of frozen fruit in them. The banana they used for topping was also nowhere near ripe (gross).

At first I was honestly like ya know what, maybe that's my bad, maybe I ordered too close to closing time. I've worked food service, having to make last minute orders always sucks.

I ordered at 7:00pm. They close at 9:00pm. Like dude.

I wish I was writing a good review but this place really disappointed me.
The green juice I got was NOT blended/juiced properly. It was chunky and I was chewing the drink.
The açaí bowl was very liquidy and had a really bad taste of mold. Sad it was a waste of $20 :(

I don’t normally review, but I wanted to share that my experience was the same as others. I just ordered the original açaí bowl and it was very soupy, the granola was soggy and almost had a nut butter texture even though there was no peanut butter. It also had a slightly unusual taste/smell that reminded me of cough syrup. I’m disappointed because the Roxberry in Murray is always amazing, and their bowls are thick and fresh.

I will say the customer service was great and the employee who took my order was kind and warned me about melted protein balls before I ordered them.

With the lights out and the bathroom broken, perhaps I should not have been surprised by the pre-melted açaí and the horrible tasting granola on top. I will never enter another Roxberry and wish I had read the reviews first.

Tastes Just like Jamba. Super refreshing and cools you down on a hot summer day!

The facility is always clean and the workers are nice. However, the last four times I’ve ordered my bowl has been wrong. It will be sloppily made and having zero flavor which seems impossible… down to being the wrong size. Almost every single time. I came in today and my boyfriend went in to correct the size difference and the two teenage blonde girls working weren’t the best to work with. I’m not sure what the issue is with this location specifically, maybe needs better management or training, but I suggest going to a different one.

I ordered a Healthy Beet with ginger, I got a carrot juice with ice! Not the first time, so damn annoying!

don’t order the açaí bowls

i used to work for a roxberry, the açaí bowls should be very think, with lots of granola and fruit. the bowls we ordered were thinner than their smoothies and they added barley any granola. i payed extra for extra too, and there was next to none. the company itself is overpriced but i am beyond disappointed, please avoid this location.

Ordered an açaí bowl and this is what I got… in what world does an açaí bowl have this texture? I just bought this, not even 5 min ago… and it’s basically soup. Soup Mixed with granola. I can’t even get past the texture/presentation of this to take a bite and try it. … definitely not the açaí bowl pictured in the store/website.
And my partner ordered a passion paradise smoothie and while the flavor is ok- it has a bunch of big ice chunks in it. Like they didn’t blend it all the way? Very disappointed… I’ve had better roxberry experiences in the past
