We made a reservation specifically asking for a table outside to celebrate a birthday. When we checked in for our reservation we asked again if seating outside was available. Both times they said yes. When the hostess sat us down she refused to seat us outside. She gave us two menus for our table of 6. We asked her for more and she brought us 1 more. Food was ok but it was hard to tell with how cold it was. The only thing that was warm was our fries and the rest tasted like it had been sitting there for 30 minutes. Thankfully we had a nice waiter. Giving it a poor rating for service.

I booked a birthday celebration last night for 9 ladies . We had a great table in the lounge . Great view of the mountain colors . We had a great server who made our evening so fun ! Thank you . The cauliflower appetizer is really good .

This place was fantastic! We ordered ahi nachos, pork chop, mud pie and we’d order them all again! Brooke our server could not have been better, she was the best! Highly recommend eating here.

Zero Gluten Free options. If you’re gluten free you can’t eat here.

The prices are of a fine dining establishment but the ambiance and service is more like an Applebees. $37 for a pork chop (which was nicely grilled) but the limited side choices really put a damper on the meal . My wife and I joked that the head chef was probably frustrated he was relegated to the basement restaurant instead of the top floor. The view in nice but the furnishings are more like a cafeteria.

Food was pretty good and the atmosphere is great. The servers are great. Had the Chicken and waffles, Salmon and a burger. All were quality. Pricey though.

We went here for a work event entertaining people from out of town. Snowbird is a fun atmosphere but this was sub-par. Luckily our waitress was great and very friendly which made it not as terrible. The restaurant was totally empty on a Friday night and the food took well over an hour to arrive after ordering. My pizza was terrible (tasted like a store bought crust and Prego). The hamburger the person next to me got looked great though. Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience for the Utah hosts and not impressive for the out of towners.

The hostess was really struggling when we visited on a Saturday night, and it wasn't very busy. We checked in right at our reservation time (party of 3) and 15 minutes later, she had only seated a party of 6 before us, and then I just walked up to the hostess area and asked someone else to seat us. It then took almost 10 minutes before a server came to our table, so about 30 minutes total after arrival... Our server was awesome and very attentive. Food was okay... the wings were not good at all - very soggy and fatty. Chicken club was good, and lobster roll was almost good. Wedge potatoes were very good. It was expensive for the level of the food, but the ambiance was nice and retro-funky. There aren't a ton of choices up at Snowbird, but maybe next time we'll just suck it up and go to The Aerie.

Not my favorite restaurant. The menu options are limited for vegetarian as well as gluten-free or dairy free individuals. Also, the menu was not labeled correctly in terms of which items on their menu contained the specific ingredients that many people have restrictions with. When we asked our server about it, he claimed that the labels had been "copied and pasted," whatever that means. It was also disappointing that the menu for lunch and dinner are exactly the same when this is one of the only restaurants to dine at within the Cliff Lodge.

took longer than needed to have someone get me in/check my ID but the girl working once she was there was very nice, polite, and fast at getting me what I needed. Even gave me a bigger pizza by "accident" but no complaints here - It was delicious!! haha. Only thing is please put on some music or turn the tv on. very eerie and quiet in the slow months. Will be back again tho when i next find myself up there :)

Had a pizza for lunch. It was terrible. Tasted old and over five. Asked for a glass of wine. It was like a 3 oz pour for $16 of box wine. Don't think I'm going back there again
