We had this baklava at our wedding and two years later, people still rave about it. One of my friends recently brought it up again saying “that baklava was so good!” So my husband and I decided to get her and her fiancé a box of it as a gift for their recent engagement. When we went to go pick up our order, Rita (the owner/baker) was SO friendly and generous. She gave my husband and I a few free samples to keep for ourselves. Of course, it was just as delicious as we remembered. I really cannot recommend this place enough!!

You really can’t go wrong, so use this as your excuse to try them all. Rita, the owner, is absolutely lovely and has truly mastered the art of baklava. Between her love for the craft, the high-quality ingredients, and her attention to detail, you won’t find better—trust me. I’ve tried other baklava, and you can taste the difference. Baklava is generally a more premium dessert, but after one bite, you’ll understand why. I’ve had Rita cater large events and small team meetings, and her baklava is always the star of the show. They’re packaged beautifully and make perfect hostess gifts or holiday presents. Plus—they ship! So do yourself a favor and just order some. You’ll be glad you did. Wow wow wow!! We ran into Sheer Ambrosia Bakery at Fashion Place mall in a pop up stand by Nordstrom, we were able to sample their baklava and were blown away at how amazing it was. It was literally the bast baklava that I've ever had, perfect balance of flavors and texture. We promptly purchased both original and their pistachio, orange, cardamom flavor, honestly each flavor was to die for. Will definitely be back. The owner was also at the stand and was very kind and friendly.
