I moved to Salt Lake City from Astoria, Queens / NYC (the self-proclaimed Baklava capital of the US) and never expected to find the best Baklava I've ever had out here or better yet available to ship to all my friends, family, and corporate partners for gifts. Rita has a gift and has elevated the quality of a dessert beyond my wildest expectations. She made our Galentine's Party the most special. I recommend buying a small amount because if you get a lot you'll eat THEM ALL!

This is, without a doubt, the best Baklava I have had. I have lived in Europe for many years, and had good baklava in the Middle East and Greece. This is better than all that I have previously had. You have to try and you will become hooked like me. I send it as a gift to people I love for holidays and special occasions. You can personalize it with a note.

With so many awesome flavors you will keep coming back again and again. My family has decided that we are skipping birthday cakes and replacing them with baklava from Sheer Ambrosia from now on. I cannot say enough about Rita at Sheer Ambrosia. She is a gift to Utah! Her baklava is beyond delicious (everyone knows this is the best baklava in the state) but her customer service and personal touch with her packaging takes her baklava to a whole new level. I recently learned that if you aren't a local to Utah you can order it and it will be shipped wherever you are OR you can gift to someone. I realized this would be the perfect birthday gift or sympathy gift if someone has experienced a hardship and need some delicious comfort.
