Good food, nice atmosphere in the remodel. Slightly overpriced for what you are getting. The workers are very nice and the service is very good.

We ordered mahi-mahi tacos, fish and chips and chowder. Food was delicious, tasted fresh. You can’t get a lot of good seafood in Salt Lake so fast casual. Will definitely be back to try more. They have a slappy hour 3-5 & late night deals 8-9.

If your thinking of going to Slap Fish for yummy seafood don't bother, the restaurant clear doesn't. The soda machine was clearly not cleaned resantly and you can tast the old buildup. The kids Mac and cheese was a flavorless bowl of soup. The Poke and chips was ridiculous with over sized chips to go with a tablesppon of Tuna. The Lobster Crab melt is a over priced grilled bread with what looked like old burnt cheese and I'm not sure if there was and type of protein in it.Save yourself the trouble and just go next door to Five Gyys for a burger.

Clean, great service but overall very disappointed in my meal. I ordered the lobster and crab melt and it tasted really good but they really skimped out of the amount of " lobster and crab melt " they put in the sandwich... definitely not the amount in there that should be for paying $18.11.

I also really liked the red cabbage coleslaw.If you’re like me and were worried about value, even though it’s between $11-16/meal, it comes with ample portions and side items. Really not bad value, I left full, and am happy to have a good seafood place so close by!
