My drink tasted like water downed coffee and i specifically asked for cold foam and yet they didn’t put any on there I also asked for cream cheese with my bagel she also forgot that as well. At the window usually they greet you but all she did was throw our drinks in our hands and messed up our whole order she also gave us someone else’s order. Do better

I am not one to post reviews… but I genuinely had my drink order so wrong. Ordered peppermint mocha. It turned to be a hot chocolate instead. At least they didn’t mess up the potato chive bake. Do better, these employees need more training.

I really think the baristas at this location need more training! It's disappointing because this Starbucks is the closest one to me, but every drink I've gotten here hasn't been made correctly. I've tried changing my order and even avoided this location for weeks, hoping for new or better-trained staff. The drinks are consistently too milky, and for $7-10 each, it's becoming unacceptable. This is the first one-star review I've left for this location, but honestly, I should have left more one-star reviews in the past. I don’t think it’s the barista’s fault; it’s a management issue!

I ordered 2 shots of espresso, 3 white mocha with whip cream, but they only gave me double white mocha and whip cream. It tasted like crap.

My wife and I visit this location frequently, and have really enjoyed it. The location is clean, the drinks are good, and the Baristas are always smiling and laughing while they serve drinks. It's a nice atmosphere. At our most recent visit, we were met with attitude. The Barista Kenzie is short tempered and condescending, making it seem like we were an inconvenience for her. Is this really the person you want to represent your brand? Maybe from now on we'll go to the location up the road or better yet, Beans and Brew, just so we can avoid Kenzie and her condescending comments.

The biggest problem with Starbucks in most locations, is it doesn't have a full menu available when you walk in. We constantly have to look it up on our phones to see what they have to offer for flavors and food. This amazes me how they sell the product when you don't even know they have it available

I haven't been to Starbucks in months, but I paid a visit recently. I ordered a green tea matcha latte and received a 16 oz cup filled with 3/4 cup of ice. There was barely any actual tea or milk.

I find this extremely deceiving, not worth the cost and egregious that Starbucks is taking new tactics to serve less. The new ice they have allows more space to be filled and less area for liquid.

The fact that this drink is near 7 dollars in total cost is already absurd. But to actually limit the amount of liquid to less than 6 ounces is unforgivable.

I remember why I stopped coming to Starbucks.
