I haven't been to Starbucks in months, but I paid a visit recently. I ordered a green tea matcha latte and received a 16 oz cup filled with 3/4 cup of ice. There was barely any actual tea or milk.
I find this extremely deceiving, not worth the cost and egregious that Starbucks is taking new tactics to serve less. The new ice they have allows more space to be filled and less area for liquid.
The fact that this drink is near 7 dollars in total cost is already absurd. But to actually limit the amount of liquid to less than 6 ounces is unforgivable.
I remember why I stopped coming to Starbucks.

I used to hit this Starbucks all the time, but lately I’ve been stopping by less and less because the service keeps slipping. The baristas are friendly, but their training feels half-baked. As a former Starbucks partner, I’m familiar with the policies and recipes, and I’ve had to correct the team more than once—nothing personal, but it shouldn’t be on customers to do that.
Another head-scratcher: they shut the doors at 6 p.m. I rolled into the drive-thru a couple minutes before closing today and was turned away. Instead, I headed over to the 10600 S location, which has quickly become my go-to spot thanks to better hours and sharper service.
Hoping this store tightens things up, because it used to be a reliable stop.

My daughter is autistic, and is very shy. We went to starbucks after school because she had a difficult day, the barista Kelsey was so incredibly kind and friendly to my daughter. My daughter is very interested in makeup and loved baristas makeup and so I told her to compliment the barista, Kelsey spent 10+ minutes talking to my daughter about makeup,best products to use, different styles,etc. Kelsey is amazingly good wi children and i appreciated this gesture so much,This is our new home starbucks now

The lady at the window was rude, she called over one of the guys to come take a look at the window and they both giggled. No good morning or anything. Get your employees in check. No wonder this place is rated low.

Everytime I go to this Starbucks everything is great but my drink. The past 5+ times i've been here my drink is completely watered down. I'm not paying $5 for water am I? I usually don't go back because no one has the time to do this every single time the drink is way watered down considering it's everytime. If it was every once in a while I totally understand and wouldn't complain but everytime? I even told them at the speaker that everytime i've been here it's been way to watered down and if they couldn't add as much water, and guess what I still got light flavored water. I shouldn't have to go back every single time I go here to not get a watered down drink.

I get coffee at this Starbucks almost every single day. The service is 10/10 my order is so delicious & correct every single time. When I go to the drive through whoever I’m greeted by that day always is very friendly and professional. I love this Starbucks, and all the people working there. When I DoorDash my order is always so delicious. My mom lives in Tooele and sometimes I go to her Starbucks and you can def taste the difference…. I just love this one!!!!!!!!!!! ☝?
