SUPER unusually long wait in drive through every time I come here. Don’t know if it’s the inept people of South Towne shopping Center who can’t order a drink properly but this place STRUG-GLES on getting drinks out in less than 15 min. I expect that wait at a local joint, not a mass produced and pre-determined and tested process corporation that is of $SBUX. Wild times, I tell you. Stop by if you’re bored and have not much else going on!

We waited over 30 minutes for them to take our order; there were no more than 8 people there... but the employees were more busy chatting than taking orders. What a shame.

I had left 5 stars for this place previously but this morning I went with my mom, and instead of 1 drink I had a larger order of 3 drinks and breakfast. We asked for light ice and the location in sugar house never has a problem with this request. I dont mind the wait but my mom felt like it was a bit too long, and when we got the drinks, I dare say there was double the ice of a usual drink on all 3 drinks, it was kinda crazy. My mom pointed this out and the girl on the window asked if she wanted us to remake them so we said yes. This is where j have a problem, because they attitude they gave my mother was just simply foul. I have worked restaurant costumer service so I understand the inconvenience but when I hear her say the request at least 3 times and you offer to remake it, you cannot be rude for us agreeing. We didn't even want new drinks just less ice. Extremely disappointed, after a few visits I do believe the girl in the morning shift assigned to the drive through window is struggling too much with the computer and taking orders.

This store was recently remodeled and they did a great job! The staff is always friendly here and the store is always pretty clean.

2nd time through the drive through. Both experiences were bad. Long wait and inconsistent drink. My wife and I always get a triple espresso with a quarter splash of half-and-half. One was cold, the other one had twice as much coffee in it.
