Service has been incredibly slow and our drinks have been very inconsistent lately. Today, they didn’t even make me the right drink, but they were moving so slow that I didn’t have time for them to remake it. I feel like this location has gone down hill in the past couple of months.

The man at the window when I went on Wednesday April 23 at 7:30 PM was amazing, he was a dark haired man with glasses and he was such a positive impact on my day. I wish I could remember his name, but he was so enthusiastic, and even though I was sick today, he actually gave me a chuckle and made my day more positive which I think this life is all about. Thank you, Starbucks and keep this person Forever!

My favorite Starbucks. The quality of my drinks is the most consistent at this store. More often do the drinks taste better here than the countless other SB stores I've tried across Utah and out of the state. I will go out of my way to choose this store if I'm planning on getting something from a Starbucks. The staff inside has always been kind when I come to pick up my order. However I'll admit I do online orders via the app, because I get anxious speaking and trying to order a SB drink makes me fumble over myself with how many words are in drink names, not to mention any customizations. So thank goodness for online ordering.
