The food was delicious! But doesn’t matter because the attention is terrible, 0 empathy, they looks like super upset all the time, you should guys think about it and trainee and test your employees, is important as well, what a bad experience. Also, this happened twice in different moments but in the same location and with the same employees, I visited another’s stores before and it wasn’t like this! 👎🏼

They got my coffee wrong. I was very polite asking them to fix it. All three persons behind the counter were extremely rude. And they were not busy

Pulled up at 5pm, Google hours were until 7:30 to see the employees walking out and the store closed. 🤷♀️

I love starbucks, but this location needs to get their act together…. I waited 20 minutes for my drink, it wasn’t busy.. they had a “mix up with the online orders” and I had to ask 2x about my drink and no one communicated that there was a mix up and it was going to take a little longer till the 2nd time. And the lady making the drinks left my cup empty sitting in the same spot for the longest time while she started making new orders, till I asked her about my drink, then she started making it and told me “yah i’m working on it”, in a very rude tone might I add. I should have gone to a different location or coffee shop. Very disappointed. Also the lady making the drinks was very short and rude, she seemed new so maybe she was stressed, but they should have had her doing easier things as she obviously couldn’t keep up with the drink orders.

We drove all the way to this place because it said closes at 7:30pm and the lady working dint let us in although it was 7:20pm, she said try drive-thru, I told her I need to use the restroom as well but she just said “Oh I’m sorry!”
Suggest change your closing time to 7pm, I’d rather look for different location and save my time from coming here.
Not what we expect at a Starbucks, disappointed and will avoid this location because of the experience.
This is where I went next “The Family Center at Fort Union, 7184 Union Park Ave, Midvale, UT 84047”
There was just one lady working unlike the 3 of them who dint let us in.
Great experience! She took care of the orders, drive-thru and cleaning all by herself.

Super disrespectful staff, not impressed at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I went in and asked for recommendations of low calorie, low sugar, low caffeine drink options due to a medical condition, dietary restrictions and being 30 weeks pregnant. The employee helping me looked down her nose at me and said “milk or lemonade”. Not helpful whatsoever and extremely rude.

I ordered an iced matcha latte with light ice, specifying, “Just a little bit of ice, please.” When I received it, it was almost entirely ice with little to no matcha. I took two sips before getting on the freeway and realized it was essentially just ice.8/13/2025

Coffee is a bit pricey. For coffee and a breakfast sandwich it was about $19

My son and I go every day after work, the night staff are always so friendly and personable. The girls know our drinks right when I say “hi” at the drive thru. This location is by far my favorite Starbucks.

I’m always intrigued by how well the in-store places (such as in super markets like Smith’s & Target’s) are doing compared to the Starbucks owned buildings they operate in. IMO the biggest difference ofc, is the atmosphere. With most of the Starbucks I visit, the employees are almost always very friendly & helpful.
I also love their seasonally decorated “containers” (why is it so hard to get a nicer, refillable coffee cup that will keep beverages hot any more?) so it’s always nice to get them on clearance, as I do at the shop inside our locally owned Smith’s- idk if their owned stores ever mark them down or not🤷♀️😎
