My son and I go every day after work, the night staff are always so friendly and personable. The girls know our drinks right when I say “hi” at the drive thru. This location is by far my favorite Starbucks.

I’m always intrigued by how well the in-store places (such as in super markets like Smith’s & Target’s) are doing compared to the Starbucks owned buildings they operate in. IMO the biggest difference ofc, is the atmosphere. With most of the Starbucks I visit, the employees are almost always very friendly & helpful.
I also love their seasonally decorated “containers” (why is it so hard to get a nicer, refillable coffee cup that will keep beverages hot any more?) so it’s always nice to get them on clearance, as I do at the shop inside our locally owned Smith’s- idk if their owned stores ever mark them down or not🤷‍♀️😎

I realize having bathrooms that are completely public poses a risk -- nobody wants to allow bathrooms to be used by druggies or kids up to no good. However, my 8-months-pregnant wife getting turned down for using the bathroom unless she buys something was really inhumane

The barista that just made my iced lavender oat Matcha needs to be fired. There's no reason I paid $8 for this drink and 50% of it is foam.

I do not write google reviews, not my thing. But, I do mobile orders for a reason, to get somewhere I need to be! But 2 times in a row my food wasn’t ready. Per staff, it’s not their fault, it’s the system’s fault. Told me that with attitude and then the window slammed as I start to drive away after I had questioned the situation…..I will go out of my way and go elsewhere. Will not be returning.
