So excited to see a subzero again I haven’t seen one in a decade. I’ll be coming back here. I met the new owner and he was super nice and they were very patient as me and my kids asking 1 million questions totally recommend.

Sub Zero is amazing! The staff is super friendly and the service was great. Everything tastes fresh and full of flavor. I especially love that they have vegan dairy-free options — that’s a big plus for me! Definitely coming back soon.

SO AFTER YOU READ THEIR RESPONSE IT WILL ALL MAKE SENSE!!! What a money grab store was super clean. The kid behind the counter was awesome. Looking at the pictures. It looks delicious then they hand you a snow cone and call it Italian ice a cup of cream with tiger’s blood flavoring in a large cup half full, not a very good value you’re definitely just paying for watching them freeze things. Came here on 12/19/24. First thing I noticed was the horrid smell of musty ice cream (if that’s what you want to call it). They were out of many of their bases. The employee working that night was very talkative. Which, I’m fine to make conversation, however, he kept stopping making my order so he could talk about… everything else in his life. So it took a long time for him to make each of the ice cream orders. Then he kicked us out early. They closed at 10pm and he kicked us out at 9:50pm. He also complained about having to serve 7 people when we were the only group in there
The ice cream was really good! Good luck to the new owners! You’ve got a long laundry list of items to take care of. Employees, atmosphere, keeping orders on time so you don’t run out of the majority of your product.

Please fire the guy working the night shift on 12/19/24. We walked in and he asked how many people. I told him 7. He started complaining that he had to serve 7 people. There was no one else in the store and he was on his phone when I walked in! He went on and on about how annoying it was going to be to make 7 cups of ice cream. I just stared at him. He noticed my face and said just kidding. I told him dude this is your job, you’re paid to do this. When i ordered a custard base, he said they don’t have custard. He proceeded to tell me they don’t have 4 out of the 7 bases they offer. Like, cool, so glad I came here. While he was making the ice cream for the rest of us, he continued to make very awkward comments about the business and how we were such a big order. It’s these types of these employees that kill business. We will never be back.
