Seriously the best ice cream around in Utah! Carmen was so sweet and such a good vibe made us the best ice cream with a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Came here on 12/19/24. First thing I noticed was the horrid smell of musty ice cream (if that’s what you want to call it). They were out of many of their bases. The employee working that night was very talkative. Which, I’m fine to make conversation, however, he kept stopping making my order so he could talk about… everything else in his life. So it took a long time for him to make each of the ice cream orders. Then he kicked us out early. They closed at 10pm and he kicked us out at 9:50pm. He also complained about having to serve 7 people when we were the only group in there
The ice cream was really good! Good luck to the new owners! You’ve got a long laundry list of items to take care of. Employees, atmosphere, keeping orders on time so you don’t run out of the majority of your product.

Please fire the guy working the night shift on 12/19/24. We walked in and he asked how many people. I told him 7. He started complaining that he had to serve 7 people. There was no one else in the store and he was on his phone when I walked in! He went on and on about how annoying it was going to be to make 7 cups of ice cream. I just stared at him. He noticed my face and said just kidding. I told him dude this is your job, you’re paid to do this. When i ordered a custard base, he said they don’t have custard. He proceeded to tell me they don’t have 4 out of the 7 bases they offer. Like, cool, so glad I came here. While he was making the ice cream for the rest of us, he continued to make very awkward comments about the business and how we were such a big order. It’s these types of these employees that kill business. We will never be back.

We just visited this store, and as we walked in, the smell of waffle cones filled the air! Yummy! The owner was SO SWEET! Just like the ice cream! A great place to visit for a sweet treat!! What a cool experience with Nitrogen!

There's a reason why this store has low ratings..the shop has a bad smell as soon as you walk in, we were also told that they wouldn't take any orders for 25min but based on other reviews, they probably did us a favor and we didn't end up wasting our money on bad ice-cream.
We were looking for some ice cream and found this Sub Zero, so we stopped in. This is seriously amazing ice cream and shakes! We ordered the good, thick, creamy stuff, but it looked like they had healthier options as well. They have a really nice selection of flavors and selections, but there is always the option to create your own, which is always a nice option. All of our selections were so good, and we had absolutely no complaints. The whole process of watching the liquid nitrogen freeze the dessert was a kind of educational/kind of mesmerizing experience - my whole family was really into watching that. The staff was so nice and friendly - and accommodating! We were even lucky enough to spend a few minutes talking to the owner, Kallie. She was so kind and friendly and was so great to take a few minutes and show interest in our kids. She makes it the perfect family ice cream hangout! Do yourself and your family a favor, and get over there! You will love it!!!

Ice cream tasted great. The dude making the food seemed distracted most of the time but he was very nice. Their registers weren’t working so we paid using Venmo. The real problem is the environment. The place smelled like dirty water! The floor is dirty and broken. And the bathroom was disgusting with blood under the toilet seat. I would not go to this location.

Came in at 7:52pm. Was told they were closed even though their sign says they are open until 8pm. The teenagers were sitting at the tables chatting and said they had to do dishes so they closed early.
