By far the best ice-cream in town. A hidden gem in the Salt Lake Valley. A family friendly business, they have excellent customer service. Our family will definitely come back. And they have a dragon named Nitrus as a decoration, that is pretty awesome!

Then watch as your creation is frozen right in front of your eyes into perfect creamy goodness. They make their delicious waffle bowls fresh on site. And don't forget to try the dragons breath!!

West and Everyone else were so amazing. They had great suggestions and gave us the best experience. This place has really improved and the inside is so much more family friendly. They have games and lots of seating and amazing staff. I can not wait to come back. Even the ingredients used tasted fresher. S/O to new staff and management for bringing life back to the area.

The ice cream was really good, and honestly just watching it being made was worth it. The worker was super nice, and they had a cool dragon and street fighter set up in the corner. Went there with a couple friends and had a blast.

This ice cream is delicious! They use Liquid Nitrogen to freeze the ice cream, it's different than regular ice cream in the best way. I drove almost 2 hours and it was definitely worth it! The best part is West, he is so fun and energetic, he really makes this place standout! I will be coming back!

I always have loved Sub Zero and was sad there weren’t any in my area. We came to Sandy and found one and I was so excited! It’s great on its own but this one also has free video games, some extra baked goods that aren’t available at other branches, and a few TVs with movies and sports playing in the background. The staff was super friendly and made it an extra fun experience for my kids who had not been to a Sub Zero before. Please come here so they can stay in business forever! 💕
