We came on 03/18/24 around 9 pm before closing. I do not recall the young man’s name who was working but he was great! Super polite, quick, and welcoming. This young man deserves a raise!

Constantly closed. Hours not updated on Google Maps. SMH my head. Find people to work here and pay them well.

I'm sure this place is great, but they were closed when I arrived. I don't know what their new hours are because they didn't put up a sign, otherwise I would have marked them

Very busy, but Holden did a good job! He was working alone and worked quickly!

The gentleman working on 12/20/2024 at 9:20 was amazing to work with. He balanced online orders and kept the line moving at a decent pace all on his own. Very impressed with this employee and his dedication to this hard work tonight.

They have my favorite ice cream in the entire world but unfortunately my most recent experience wasn't very positive they are advertised as being open until 10pm but I drove all the way from downtown at 7pm(unavoidable ever since they no longer offer delivery to my area even though they use to) only to find they were closed with no reasoning for why. Super disappointed!! If these are the same owners that had the location in Murray they were always excellent so this was a major let down.

The person who was working that night was friendly and patient. They have a lactose free option, but I'd be careful if you're really sensitive. My system was still bothered a bit that night. I'm not sure if it's because they use a powdered mix or what but at least it was better than actually having real cream ??‍♀️The portions were really small for the amount we paid and maybe filled a little over 2/3 of the little bowl/cup thing. I'd been to a sub zero years ago and really enjoyed it. I might go again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.Dietary restrictions: They do have lactose free cream although it bothered my system. I'd probably go the completely dairy free option to be safe next time, but the good news is that they did have options. Also, since they mix everything in as they're making it, you can have your pick of flavors which are often limited elsewhere with lactose intolerance.

I really hate saying this but I have never thrown away food just because it doesn’t taste good, until this. It was absolutely disgusting. We ordered Nutella chocolate cheesecake original base with cheesecake bites. It’s wild that it tasted nothing like any of the flavors. I thought it tasted like cinnamon, my husband thought it tasted like cherry. Like how does that even make sense?? The cheesecake bites mix ins were waxy and stuck to my teeth. I can’t believe I tipped for this.

If you arrive and Dorian is on shift count yourself blessed! Phenomenal customer service! He had a steady line all evening and never did his customer service waiver. Welcome to everyone as they entered and thanks for coming as they left! If he did have a break, no cellphones pulled out but he was wiping down the serving area or the dining area so a clean atmosphere.I had never had this treat before and it was sooo good! His recommendations were spot on. All around a great end to a date night. Oh and if you can't decide what to get consider the Key Lime or the S'mores... You won't be disappointed!

This place is the best! They had great customer service and even better ice cream. They have so many options for flavors and toppings. The place was super clean and a friendly environment. Watching them make the ice cream was super cool. I 10/10 recommend!

I never thought I’d say this, but this “ice cream” was absolutely awful and the worst we’ve ever had. First, the guy had us pay before he even made the ice cream. Second, the payment machine wasn’t working and required more than 20 attempts. Third, the ice cream was rock hard and went against what was advertised in every way. Super chippy and icy. I can now see why the place was completely empty - no customers.

No wait time at all, very nice customer service even while training a new employee. The orange one was very flavorful and got better and better the more it melted. The white one did get over frozen from the trainee but was made up for by getting re-warmed up properly. Great taste, great atmosphere, great workers!
